1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / [ANN] EliteCoin [XLC] IPO on: January 06, 2014, 03:31:15 PM
I don't think it would be responsible of me to take money at this time. I am going to see how Coingen plays out. Perhaps there will be more to come in the future. Perhaps not. Either way, no money was taken.

EliteCoin [XLC]

EliteCoin is a cryptographically secure and reliable method of payment. EliteCoin is unlike anything presently on the market. EliteCoin is a next generation cryptocurrency which aspires to compete with the likes of NXT and MasterCoin.

Why invest in EliteCoin?
EliteCoin offers an opportunity to get in on the ground floor of something new and exciting. It is becoming increasingly difficult to realize extraordinary returns in more established cryptocurrencies.

EliteCoin will be distributed to investors based upon the total BTC received and the amount of BTC that you sent. For example, if you contribute 1% of the final investment tally, you will be entitled to 1% of all EliteCoins. There is a fixed maximum limit of 100 BTC that may be invested in the EliteCoin IPO. This means that for every 1 BTC you invest, you will be entitled to at least 1% of all EliteCoins. If less than the maximum investment size is reached, your share of the total number of EliteCoins will be correspondingly larger. For example, if we raise 50 BTC through our IPO, your 1 BTC investment will entitle you to 2% of all EliteCoins.

Bitcoin Payment address: removed
You may send as little as 0.001 BTC. Please pm me after making an investment to confirm.

Investment Deadline: February 28, 2014.
EliteCoin will be launched March 01, 2014.

More details shall be released in coming days.
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Elacoin Total Supply on: December 12, 2013, 02:26:59 PM
Does anyone know the total supply of Elacoins? CoinMarketCap.com needs that in order to relist it. Thanks!
I thought it was around 26300 (that is what CoinMarketCap.com said when it was last on there) but I can't find a web resource that tracks that information.
