since my btc wallet is offline and i sent to my address btc, what will happen with that?
Do i lost it or not? if not how can i solve this

I've tried automatic proxy discovery with  passive mode(PSAV)
i know there is a automatic proxy configuration but im not familiar with
could sy please give me an isntruction or any other option
