Custodian Wallet
Q82 accredited investors, institutional-customers will be able to hold balances in fiat, digital currency, and security tokens within their digital wallet. Fiat accounts will be limited initially to EUR and subject to regulatory licenses, with additional currencies (USD) added in the short term.

QEX Token Terms and Distribution
QEX is the token issued by Q82. The QEX is an ERC-20 compliant token that is embedded in the Ethereum blockchain as a smart contract. The token will be offered as a compliant dividend-paying security token with additional governance functions.
We will distribute and lock 1 billion QEX, which represents the complete ownership of Q82 trading platform. The amount of QEX in circulation is fixed and never will increase.
We will distribute 51% of QEX Tokens to Q82 community. The 49% remaining will be distributed between team members, strategic partners, referrals bounties, venture fund and operational reserves.
Q82 will distribute 80% of exchange profits between all QEX Token holders every day. The remaining 20% will support infrastructure and operations of Q82 trading platform. Dividends are paid in ETH and distributed proportionately between all QEX token holders. QEX Token holders also have voting rights and other advantages over the Q82 trading platform through the smart contract.

How I can get QEX Tokens?
Start Trading on Q82. Every time you trade on Q82, you will receive QEX Tokens. The ammount of QEX received is equivalent to the trading fee. So you will get reimbursed your trading fee on QEX Tokens.
Spread the word! Every time you invite a friend to Q82 platform you will receive additional QEX (to be determined yet). We are also doing an initial launch campaign where you can get QEX for spreading the word of Q82. The amount to be distributed during this campaign will be 6% of the QEX reserves.

How price will be stable?
QEX Token promotes the price stability by encouraging token holders to temporarily lock up tokens to receive dividends, avoiding token price volatility and risk. But not only that, but we have also implemented some economic mechanism to prevent specific risks and support long term value and visions. There are two primary mechanisms.
Token Burns | Every day that we distribute QEX, we issue the burning mechanism over the same amount released.
Organized BuyBacks | Instead, focus on dividends after the distribution period, we will focus on the token buy-back and burn. This process will increase the QEX value in the long term. And provide an easy liquidity solution to holders.
Timeline and Event
