I think a better and nicer art platform can be built in a decentralised way.

Head of community: 2% OWD
You must understand crypto, art and marketing. Knowing how to use MetaMask and exchanges is a must. You need to be a jack of all trades in marketing. You need to write good English. Knowing another 1-2 languages could be a bonus. You shall also have the ability to make beautiful graphics, videos and 3D assets (photoshop, AE, Cinema4D, Maya). You are a meme master! You know how to interact with the big whales in Twitter, using their language and interested topic. In your spare time, you talk to the community in Telegram and Discord, share some interesting news and boost community engagement. You need to also send community letter to our community to inform the progress of our development. (mailchimp, wix shoutout). If you are involved in art businesses before, that is a bonus.

Head of business development: 2% OWD
You need to identify high net worth individuals and manage to communicate with them in a pleasant manner. You need to develop relationships with various exchanges, other crypto start-ups and community heads, who you can negotiate deals and forge partnerships with. You shall be able to talk and create Youtube videos all in one go. If there are event opportunities, you shall be able to present Owlstand. You have a good eye on spending, and know how to spend budgets accordingly. You need to convince other businesses to accept OWD, whenever is possible. Together OWD's value is increased by the partnerships you establish. The mission impossible is to use OWD to cover all your expenses. If you are involved in art businesses before, that is a bonus.

Developer(frontend and design): 2% OWD
You need to make beautiful frontend, and create decentralised frontend logic for the platform. You also need to handle design for the whole project.

Developer(backend): 2% OWD
You need to understand smart contract and know how to turn an idea into a working protocol. Our current stack is Ruby + JavaScript. You might need to know Solidity, and if we shift to Tezos, you need to learn Michelson.

Trading strategist: 2% OWD
You have a deep understanding in the root of crypto trading. You manage books. You understand security. And you understand the sentiment of trading. You distribute the OWD token to the right people.
