Managed to add them to CGRemote but keep getting, miner down? or check firewall?

I can access the miners if I put the IP's in the browser and the programs has been added to the firewall to allow it through.

Is there a way to reboot my miner (automatically) if it stops hashing, it is running cgminer it needs to reboot not just restart.

My Miner will just stop mining but when I reboot the machine it will start again, is there a way to reboot a machine automatically if it stops Hashing.

Sorry if this has been asked before but I have a miner which is connected via a network cable (so computer does not need to be on), is there any programs out there which can restart the miner if the hash rate drops (it is running CGMiner). The Hash rate has dropped a couple of time during the night whilst I am in bed and is off-line for about 30-40mins if not longer sometimes.

But now I am unable to get to the control panel to set it up.

I get the black screen with - LuCI - Lua Configuration Interface (This could be in cache memory)

but nothing else, not picked up on network, or in router

Any ideas
