What do you think about Waves, Just wondering about its valuation. Only 1.8$ and has 100 Million circulating supply , same with ethereum supply of 101 Million but price is several times over (210 times) and yet they can both be used to launch other tokens. Does this mean Waves could possibly do a 100x if it gains the attention of ICOs?

The latest is news that the Philippines is giving approval for draft rules for ICOs and cryptos , a move that will see encourage it adoption. It seem that almost all ICOs that get listed on exchanges usually plunge in price soon afterwards. Are bounty hunters responsible or is it as a result of the general bearish market condition?
