i tried to apply to some bounties (translating) and there requieres previous works, and as a newbie i don't have them , what i have to do ?

hey everyone , i can't decide wich wallet to choose , a simple one and a safe one

i wanted to participate as a newbie in bounties , but some people say that it is better to stay active on forum for gaining rank and later get offers.
so what should i do?participate or not ? (translating job)
