Given the size and maturity of the economy the price will be floated against the Canadian dollar. Utilities are not included, though perhaps I could create a value added option for that as well.

Available December 1st. It is located in central Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. The Major intersection is Cawthra and Rathburn.
