BFL says they have a zero return policy but I know some people have gotten their money back.

I was curious to know how they credited you back? If you paid with BTC I am assuming you get BTC back but at the current exchange rate?

Can anyone clarify this for me?

When I click the logout button I am brought back to the board index but still logged in...

How do I logout? Is this a common bug? I don't want to have to clear cookies.

Edit: I suppose I will have to clear cookies. This is a weird bug though. I'm on Win 7 with Chrome Version 27.0.1453.110 m in case the admins care.

The unit has no cosmetic damage and is 100% functional, looks brand new. I have the original box w/ all contents manuals software etc. This thing sat on a desk for a year, probably has ~100 hours usage.

Let me know if you have any questions, not sure if there will be much interest in this item as it's pretty specific to music production.
