I need step by step explanation about how to use ethereum API as I use bitcoin API.

I cant find how to create new addresses, how to send coins etc.

What I have - it's installed geth - thats all, I dont know what to do next.. Need help.

Я установил параметр spendzeroconfchange=0, перезапустил bitcoind.
Затем выполнил listaccounts, увидел, что с балансами все в порядке.
При попытке потратить средства выводится сообщение, что нет средств.
Собственно вопрос - мне нужно вытащить значение сколько сейчас я могу потратить,
ибо listaccounts нагло врет.

I mean, sometimes bitcoin network is overloaded and transactions goes too slow. Where I can see this info in numbers ?

Does bitcoind using dynamic fees by default ? I mean, that at the moment if it is necessary to use lower fee, bitcoind will set lower fee, if network is busy, then it will use higher fee..

I have set spendzeroconfchange=0 (disabled sending unconfirmed change)
Then I restarted my bitcoind wallet. Everything looked ok on my account balances, but when I tried to send bitcoins
I got message that I have insufficient funds. What I do wrong ?

After a huge time of using bitcoind API I realized, that change addresses are not associated with accounts.

For example - I have accounts A and B with 0.5 and 0.1 bitcoins.

If I send from account A to some address 0.1 BTC, then change 0.3999 BTC goes to noname account
AND CAN BE USED by account B as an input for sending other transaction.

This fact brakes account meaning. Why change goes to noname account, what is the sense of it ?

I have sent transaction which has 340 inputs with 0.0001 btc fee.. I discovered that after sending from my Electrum wallet.
Now blocktrail.com shows that tx has not enough fee, and transaction is in pending two days.

What is the next scenario ?

Will my transaction come back if it will not be propagated ?

I have already implemented interacting with bitcoind api and now looking for something similar is Dashcoin.
Could I use JSON-RPC same as in Bitcoind API ? If no, where I can find some docs ?

How can I set maximum fee on my bitcoind server. Because it sets 0.00027567 btc fees or more for transactions with 225 bytes size only.

Does anyone know about that feature, maybe it's not documented.

это нормальная практика?

Есть идея запилить обменник Dogecoin <-> приват24 (оба направления), но нет понятия есть ли желающие юзать сервис?
