1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / [IndieMiner] Just added Ethereum & Claymore support for our one-click GUI miners on: June 04, 2018, 05:05:07 PM

Welcome everyone to the official announcement post and intro of IndieMiner!

As mining enthusiasts, we are proud to introduce to the community our growing catalog of IndieMiner GUI's.

Mission Statement

Our primary goal is to help empower miners by effectively streamlining the mining process while providing valuable feedback to our users.

Our secondary goal is to ensure the success of our project by providing enough value with our software services to fairly earn our 1% asking fee.

Brief Product Description

IndieMiner is a simple-to-use GUI that interfaces directly with existing miners to provide an easy one-click-mining experience.

Mine the coin you want at the pool you want

Choose one of the available mining pool options from our curated list of pools, or easily add one your own using the Add Pool option.

Each of our GUI's are custom-tailored to a specific coin so users can enjoy the experience of mining the actual coins they want to collect.

No middle-man - Get paid directly to your wallet from the mining pool

Add your wallet address to the GUI and receive your coins directly from the mining pool of your choice - without any third-party interference.

IndieMiner pulls real-time coin stats from CoinMarketCap and provides estimates for your PC's daily earnings (Coins/Day and USD/Day).

Indieminer reveals rather than obfuscates important mining data

Monitor your rig's mining progress with real-time support for GPU Load, Temperature, Fan Speed, Watts, Sols/W, Hashrate, etc.

With up to 80% more data than provided by stock mining apps, IndieMiner reports detailed mining stats in a clearly visible format.

Ideal for Newbies and Mining Vets alike

Newcomers to the crypto-currency mining scene will benefit from IndieMiner's simplicity as the fastest way to start mining.

Seasoned miners will appreciate the detailed mining reports and the efficiency-boost provided by IndieMiner's ease-of-use.

Single and Multi-GPU Rig Support

Whether you have a single-GPU gaming PC or a multi-GPU mining rig, IndieMiner can scale to match your hardware's capability.

Growing catalog of Coins

We currently have a dozen GUI's available for download and will be adding at least 2 new coins to our catalog of GUI's every week!

2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Is Solo mining on GPU still an option these days for small miners? on: March 01, 2018, 02:03:40 AM

3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Network congestion on Binance -- anyone else have/had issues in the past? on: February 24, 2018, 05:44:52 PM
Just started trading on Binance yesterday and unfortunately had a bad experience due to what seemed to be network congestion. Has anyone encountered these sort of issues there?

The coin I was trading had a lot of action and so I'm sure the network was overwhelmed but being completely blocked out of the site mid-trade really crashed my run. I ended up taking a loss when I should have had a large gain. So yeah, a little discouraging. Fortunately I wasn't trading a large amount but I have to say that I'm super hesitant to trade any real volume on Binance after this initial experience.

What are your guys' thoughts on this? Have you had similar experiences trading on their platform? Is this typical or common-place to get totally locked out of the site while trading?

Lastly, are there any alternatives you'd recommend? It's a shame because the platform is really nice for day trading from what I've experienced and I really like the feature set compared to some of the others I've looked into.

Would greatly appreciate your thoughts or hearing about others' experiences with Binance.
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / REWARD - for help with passphrase recovery of LUXcore wallet on: February 20, 2018, 04:41:19 PM
So I recently tried to move some mined LUX from my encrypted qt wallet only to discover that my trusted passphrase is not working!

This is the same passphrase that I use for every wallet and have had it memorized by heart so am shocked that it's not working for me.

It's an 8-word phrase with no special characters or numbers, etc. and so it's most likely just a small typo or a missing word. (However, I'm not sure how it passed entry when setting it up with the double-match process so am wondering if it's even an error on my part??)

If anyone is interested in giving it a shot then I'm willing to share a portion of the bounty with you. It's about 5.20 LUX (~$73USD) and I'm open to offers re: share percentage so let me know if you think it's worth it to you and we'll work something out.

FYI, I've already tried using btcrecovery but apparently it's a little over my head. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
