1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / New Crypto Scam in Vietnam Skymining leader stolen 35 millions $ and run to USA on: August 07, 2018, 12:38:14 PM
From the beginning of this year, the CryptoCurrency market in Vietnam has been shaken continuously with a series of  Scam took up to  millions of dollars such as Ifan, PinCoin, AOC and most recently Skymining

Skymining claim itself as an organization dedicated to investing in computers that exploit software decoding algorithms (also known as digging coin). The task of the c Skymining board is to receive capital from members – investors – to invest in equipment, machinery, factory construction and operation. The nature of the business model is multi-level-marketing, digging coin services. In Vietnam, MLM is not allowed to apply in the service sector since the law made up to protect the interests of investors

Address: Sky Mining – Parkway Villa 202B Hoàng Văn Thụ, P.9, Q. Phú Nhuận TPHCM.

The letter mentions that the CEO / owner of Skymining, Le Minh Tam, disappeared and the board of manager could not be contacted by the board of managers so they had to elect a new board of directors.  The new board of manager  also said it would report to this case to Vietnamese Police

Many investors have contacted the authorities, denounced skymining. According to the Vietnamese Police recent report. Mr. Le Minh Tam has fled to the United State and stayed in California. The Vietnamese Police says Mr. Tam went away with the budget of 35 million USD. Furthermore,  all the digging machines in the ditches  of Investor have also disappeared from factory

These things scam and other scams in Vietnam raise a huge change in the local community. In Vietnam where Multiple Level Market could lead easily to scam and fraud
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Who is the owner of the biggest Scam in Crypto so far Bitconnect ? Vietnamese on: August 03, 2018, 04:50:05 PM
Who owns Bitconnect?
A recent lawsuit alleges that Bitconnect was registered by a British man named Ken Fitzsimmons.

According to this record, Fitzsimmons holds a 75% stake in the company. However, the name of the Fitzsimmons does not appear on Bitconnect's website and no one really knows what role this person plays.
Many people think this is suspicious, BitConnect is illegal in the UK.
Fitzsimmons continue to be unknown. Individuals associated with BitConnect appear to be registered with a fake address and birth date.
Some account on Twitter have confirmed that details such as the names and addresses of these individuals are really unreliable.

I recognize that BitConnect appears on a UK registration form, BitConnect has also been listed as "BITCOIN AMR LIMITED."

Prior to being named BITCOIN AMR LIMITED, the company was registered as BITCONNECT PUBLIC LIMITED
BITCONNECT PUBLIC LIMITED (now BITCOIN AMR LIMITED) and BITCONNECT LTD are two separate entities, registered under two different companies: ID 10944876 vs 10278342.
BITCONNECT INTERNATIONAL PLC, also has a separate ID 10948031.
The records do not specify the relationship between the three companies. However, I recognize that Le Thi Than Huy is involved in both BITCOIN AMR LIMITED as well as BITCONNECT INTERNATIONAL PLC.

About Le Thi Thannh Huy
The documents show that this may not be the same person. BITCOIN AMR's petitioner was born in 1978, while the founder of BITCONNECT PLC was born in 1984. Strangely enough, both of them had an address on the same street but different house

About Santoso

In addition, BITCOIN AMR has Santoso, born in 1981 as founder, while BITCONNECT PLC has Wardah Santoso as its director. Unlike Santoso, Wardah Santoso was born in 1983. Like Thanh Huy and Thanh Huy, Santoso and Wardah Santoso live on the same street. Along with skimming, Ifan BitCon is probably the most well-known fraud made by the Vietnamese.

However, the actual commission and profit that the investor is entitled to is taken from their own capital contributions and from the previous investors
