1  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Who held onto the large leak list? [1BTC bounty] on: July 01, 2011, 11:37:36 PM

The list was all emails, passwords. About 6000-8000 total lines

Does anyone have a copy?

I think it was from this url : http://pastebin.com/RhheV8Gj or http://pastebin.com/3MmugwwX

these pages are down, maybe you can check your browser cache for these cached pages and see if you have them, dont click them or they'll be overwritten
2  Other / Meta / The sensible way to cut down on forum spam.... on: June 12, 2011, 05:42:09 AM
The real problem with the forum spam is SIMPLE : It's too easy to create accounts.

Just implement Captcha verification along with Email verification in order to register new accounts.

And force captchas for every post / pm until you hit X posts.

This board has 19694 total members.

You know how many currently have 50+ posts?   Around 650.

I'm quite surprised at how poorly your 'forum spam' issues are being handled especially by people who are supposed to be technically adept.

4  Other / Obsolete (selling) / Looking to buy BTC with PayPal, Or moneybookers on: June 06, 2011, 05:30:54 AM
Hey everyone, yes yes i know i'm totally new and everyone probably assumes im a scammer, but here goes anyway Wink

I'm looking to buy up some BTC with my paypal or moneybookers; preferably at a fair price.  Reason being is that i tried mt gox but they currently dont accept paypal, so i made a liberty reserve account, and found out that in order to get liberty reserve cash i'd have to go to ANOTHER exchanger and get reamed with fee's, and require color scanned id's; just a big pain in the ass to be honest.

Would prefer a reputable member here to trade with me, we can speak over the telephone too if you wish, i have no problem doing that.

Thanks.
