I'm new to cryptocurrency. I bought PACcoins at the Yobit Exchange, but PACcoins came in 1000 times less on the wallet of Exchange. Support explained to me that is swap for 1000:1. As for the difference in the course, I lose 13 000 dollars. On other exchanges I have not met a swap. I demanded to return PAC to me or put on account 13000 dollars  .
