Cointerra told me today they cannot refund and need to wait until the 12 week mark before I can expect to see a refund. Then continue to ignore me again when I reply. What kind of company does this to their customers.  We deserve to know what going on. It is ameture companies like cointerra that give bitcoin a bad name. Anyone else failing at getting a refund or failing to get a response from cointerra?

They are not refunding anyone and not replying to anyones messages.

Something isn't right. They have stopped replying to emails and there phone line goes to voice mail. 

Do not buy anything until we know what's going on at cointerra.

I have been very patient with cointerra. Waiting with confidence for my refund, however as each day goes by and yet another ignored request leads me to believe i may have been scammed.

Legit companies respond to messages.

Legit companies refund thier customers on time.

cointerra is non of the above. I have the emails to prove it. They simply refuse to respond to my messages.

I must have tried to contact them and been ignored atleast 50 times

no miner and no refund and still waiting for this non responsive company to respond.

Who else is failing to get their money back off cointerra?
