After dipping slightly below 8k, Bitcoin seems to have bounced back over easily today. This is huge as many were concerned that that it would struggle to find support at its highest point in a while. Everyone should be expecting a minor step below 8k anyways. This is just a minor correction as is normal with this type of growth. This will be a good time to load up and play along with the natural growth cycle.

Regulations are beginning to become more strict on top of exchanges. Kraken is the worlds tenth largest exchange according to coin market cap. The FSA is cracking down on many exchanges. According to Kraken, the cause of the move is because of rising costs. They noted that maintenance fees were growing far too large however the San Francisco based exchange also mentioned that returning to Japan in the future is not out of the picture. Only time will tell at this point.

For months bitcoin has been struggling to gain traction after its January growing pains. As a result, altcoins being tied to bitcoin's movement have suffered as well. With the recent price recovery the market may be finally taking steps towards the bull run market we are all waiting to see again. Volume is rising and support seems strong. For the past week it has been very clear that bitcoin had fallen into what is commonly known as a decreasing wedge. To experienced traders this is very well associated with an incoming breakout. In this past week, the volume increased two billion alone with very little movement in the price to match. It is nice to see that it followed this trend perfectly. Good luck everyone.

For the time being, significant news on bitcoin and cryptocurrencies in general has been rather quiet lately. Lingering somewhat out of the spotlight, bitcoin has been given a chance to finally begin its growth again. As long as it remains untouched by major news and generally negative reports, it should be opposition free in its recovery. However given the current state cryptocurrencies are in, it is extremely hard to say that this is the end. For now it is one foot in front of the other for cryptos.
