当初测试时注册了一个，充了一点点币进去，前段时间听说测试完毕，原密码重置，我重置不成功，联系了QQ客服，说第二天技术人员答复。然后我也没注意，这两天再试，发现网址已经过期了？！这是怎么回事？币还拿得回来吗？！

I am a user of WEEXCHANGE.CO,3 days ago I login and set google 2-factor,I have to say I was new to google 2-factor thing and I guess I made some mistake When I set,after that I can not login with or without 2-factor anymore.I have sent 2 email to support@weexchange.co to describ the whole thing and asking for help,but no respones.I find the support phone number from the offical website,I have made 2 phone call to them,everytime they wrote down my phone number and told me someone would call me back,but no call back.I just need them to disable My account 2-factor as a administrator so I can reset it in a proper way.I am a chinese and lived in china,I am not good in English,it is not so easy for me to make phone call to them.I am tired of their support services.
Can anyone give me some advice? Are there anyone from Weexchange.co in this forum can see this?help me please!
