Has anyone heard of this/think it is worth it? If it were to arrive in January or even February you could make a good profit off of it, however the website gives little information about shipping. The item isn't on preorder however, so that's a good sign. Also, is spending 40,000-720,000 USD on bitcoin worth it, or should it be spend on another service (and if so, what hardware would you recommend).

Given a reasonable amount of money (say, nothing over 15000 USD), what is the best mining rig with taking into account the rising difficultly and rise in price (also, please don't redirect to The Genesis Block, I want to here what people have to say, not numbers).
