1  Economy / Trading Discussion / Best way to sell Amazon Gift Card on: November 23, 2014, 09:15:27 PM
Hello everyone!

I saw a lot of people who sell Amazon Gift Card (short "AGC). But, they don't have any escrow practice. As i'm gonna start vending Amazon Gift Cards soon i have a question - and i hope it's right sub-forum - what you need to feel comfortable with vendor, especially low-post and 0-trust-level - like me? As i'm gonna sell higher amount than 10-50$ (100$, up to 5000$ per week), i need to know what you want from vendor to feel safe.

Things i was thinking:
1. I can go first with trustable members. Of course not for amount like 2000$, but 100-bitcoins-100-bitcoins and so on.
2. Middle-man/Escrow - that's no problem for me, although i'm not sure how it works with digital items like eCards - i send him code, buyer send him btc and then he swap it?
3. Photo of card - that's 100% i'm gonna use, so buyers can see that's not some carded card or card i'm gonna do chargeback on - it's 100% legit cards, that i have with me.
4. Localbitcoins - i'm not sure how exactly it works but they have some way of protection, so i would set up order for buying btc with AGC for 75-80% and you'll buy it there.

But those are all ideas i have, so if you guys have any, please, please, please! post them here, so i can set up service that people will feel comfortable with.

Edit; Also, is 75-80% (so 80$ for 100$ card and 750$ for 1000$) is okey price?
Edit2; About questions "why u sell here for btc when u can sell it for 95% irl" - yeah, there's sites where i can sell AGC for money but;
a) They don't pay in BTC - checks/deposit/paypal(sic!) only, and i need BTC
b) Not enough people in my area will buy it, and those who buy will still pay with cash - and i need BTC.
c) I'm looking for fastest way to sell it - meeting with people take time, send card take more time and recieve money - EVEN more. So, no thanks. Bitcoins are instant.
