1  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Manually sending Bitcoin on: May 22, 2018, 01:58:02 PM
Good Morning: I need help please from you guys the experts. yesterday I sent a fraction of a bitcoin from my account on Coinbase to my hard wallet. so I copied the address given
to me by the Nano S and pasted it on coinbase to finalize the transaction. so far so good. now, the bitcoin went from coinbase to an address that is not on my Nano wallet. it went to another address
that I don't have a wallet for.I have no idea where that address came from. I have this address where it went and it shows there unspent. I need to manually send the bitcoin to my wallet. any suggestions please??
Thank you very much.  Cry
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Message will not allow me to transfer BCH to coinbase on: March 12, 2018, 03:55:32 PM
Hello: I moved BCH from the main to the split on my Ledger HW1. now, when I want to send BCH to COinbase a message pops
on top that says :" Make sure you have the correct beneficiary address". I've copied and paste the address from coinbase
and I'm sure I got it right. however ,it keeps telling me this. is there something I'm doing wrong?? thank you for your help.
3  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Technical question .I need advice please on: March 08, 2018, 10:12:58 PM
Hello guys. first time on this forum. I have a question. I bought some bitcoins on july from Coinbase and before the split I moved them
to a Ledger Nano S wallet. I just found our that there are no Bitcoin Cash in the wallet. I read in several articles that you WILL have
Bitcoin cash regardless of whether you put them on your wallet before or after the split. I spoke to Coinbase and they're saying that
I should have kept those bitcoins until after the split to be able to get the Bitcoin cash. I saw a couple of articles where they say you can
recover them. I tried to no avail. I'm sure I'm doing something wrong since I'm no expert. my question is: what do I do?? I appreciate
your responses. Good day.
