И так, что мы имеем...
Новые правила создавались для того, чтобы jr. members перестали спамить и оффтопить, но это действует только до получения одного единственного мерита, и им больше ничто не мешает опять делать тоже самое, вернувшись к рангу jr.

Но нам всем известно, что данная проблема создается не только jr. members, а также и рангами выше!

И для решения этой проблемы, я предлагаю администрации форума ввести обязательную периодичность (к примеру 1 мерит в неделю) получения мерита всеми участниками форума, не зависимо от ранга.
