1  Other / Beginners & Help / Pure and simple donation request. on: December 17, 2013, 10:15:05 AM
I'm not going to bother making the effort for a clever ruse or con to scam people out of their BTC.
I'm going to be straight forward and honest.
I'm not going to glorify this with a claim to what wealth I may or may not have.
I'm offering my address as something to donate BTC to for no reason other than your own.

If you chose to donate, please post to be credited and bump the thread.
If you want to support honest donation or charity without donating, post your support to bump the thread.
If you have no intention of donating, or desire to condemn me for asking for donations; Don't bother posting since it will bump the thread. Best thing for those of you who want this buried is to let it get buried. I also won't be monitoring responses to this thread as well, so complaints are not only counter-productive, but fall on deaf ears. Asking others not to donate is not your place. There's little difference in that than asking somone not to donate to Child's play or the EFF, other than not knowing what the BTC is going to be used for.
For those of you who do donate, you have my thanks in advance.
I apologize if you want more than my thanks, but that would defeat the purpose of it being a donation.

I can promise it's not going to any sort of illegal activity.
I do not know what I'll do with the donations though should I even get any.
As an extension of my thanks for reading this post, I'll leave you with one of my favorite quotes.
I do not know if anyone said it before me, and likely did, but I've not heard it from anywhere but my own imagination.
"Life is too precious to be wasted in misery."
Have a nice day now, everyone!  Cheesy
