1  Economy / Scam Accusations / REPORT HASH FLARE TO U.S. ATTORNEY GENERAL AND LOCAL ATTORNEY GENERAL on: July 12, 2018, 02:09:26 PM
REPORT HASH FLARE

I would like several people who have invested in Hash Flare like my self who are located in the USA or are citizens of the USA to report them to your local Attorney General and the US Attorney General on the grounds of deception and consumer fraud.

They have set a deal in pricing for a service prior to there change in price policy and changed it to attract new clients with informing any of its customer base of the change and lowering your mining outcome to suit the new change, By doing so they have violated the agreement and is a degree of deception and fraud.

Let me be clear you paid for a Hash rate amount and maybe or may not receive the correct hash, however when they lowered the rate to half of the value paid they also lowered the results of the hash power. They also raised maintenance cost.

Like many others inclusive of my self I am still being charged maintenance fees daily without being able to mine at a profit and according to their adjusted policy, it should have been suspended after 21 days.

If enough of us complain we can possibly obtain a refund for amounts of money we have paid for a deceptive service they have not provided.

If you are willing to file the complaint please contact your USA Attorney General and Local State Attorney General, If your out of the USA Please contact your local government to see if they can aid you in this matter.
