Our goal is to offer an alternative investment product based on a decentralized concept named “Peer-2-Peer”.

How It Works?

Road Map For The Next 24 Months
We have a plenty of ideas for further development of the product and would like to highlight the most basic ones:
- Support for trading strategies based on trading on crypto-currency exchanges (including the possibility of margin trading)
- Support for the most liquid crypto-currencies as a trading account currency (deposit and withdrawal of funds)
- Obtaining a financial services license from the regulator
- Development of new platform functionality and mobile applications
- Our business expansion to various regions of the world, primarily, to the countries speaking English, Chinese, Russian, Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic, Japanese, German, Korean, and Turkish languages.
The Project’s Economics
- We are planning to issue 15,000,000 tokens, which is 100% of the company.
- The base price of 1 token is 1 USD.
- The estimated time of the ICO is February 2018.
- Relations will be formally documented in the form of a Smart Contract, which provides investors with certain guarantees.
- The maximum number of tokens for selling during the ICO phase will be 50% or 7,500,000 tokens.
- The second half of the issued tokens will be distributed between the founders and the team of our company (we have a strong motivation for further project development and rise in the value of tokens).
- Depending on the volume of the funds raised, we provide various models of business development.
When ICO is held, tokens issued by our company will be available for public trading on exchange. The funds raised will be used for implementation of the items described in the previous section “Road Map for 2018-2019 years.”
Expected Income
The project’s basic income is earned due to brokerage commissions charged from users for conducting transactions in the financial markets. Below is estimated income of the project, which is based on our current internal statistics.
Dividends
In order to support a long-term interest in our crypto-currency, we consider having a legal status called “security-token”. This means that we intend to distribute the company's profit among all the investors (token holders) in proportion to their purchased shares on a monthly basis.
Example: on average, the project serves 10,000 trading accounts with an average balance of $1,000 and, as a result, earns 1,300,000 USD monthly. The company’s operating expenses, which make up roughly 40%-60% of the income, are deducted from this amount. As a result of this deduction, there is $650,000 profit, which is distributed among investors. If the share of tokens purchased by investor is 0.1%, the dividend amount will be 650 USD per month or $7,800 per year (or 52% per annum).
Pre-Sale Of Tokens
We invite interested investors to participate in the pre-sale of tokens. We plan to sell as much as 1,500,000, or 10% of the total number of issued tokens priced at 0.5 USD per 1 token (50% discount from the base price) at the pre-sale stage. The funds raised will be allocated for implementation of marketing strategy for the next investment stage (ICO).
The minimum investment amount is equivalent to $1,000 during the pre-sale.
The deadline for the pre-sale is December 15, 2017.
If the number of tokens sold exceeds 200,000 (equivalent to 100,000 USD), the pre-sale will be considered as successfully completed. As a result of it, a promotional website containing detailed information for holding ICO will be created.
If the total number of tokens sold doesn’t hit 200,000, the funds will be returned to the investors.
Privileges
If the number of tokens purchased hits more than 2.5% of their total issue, investor will be entitled to become a Country Manager. It is assumed that the Country Manager will be liable for business development in the region at the place of his or her residence and get a salary and a bonus as a compensation, which size depends on the performance.

We expect that our project will benefit the entire crypto-economy as a result of the roadmap implementation, namely, it will increase the influx of new users, have a positive impact on growth of the liquidity in crypto-currency exchanges and increase the turnover of trading in the crypto-currency.
