FAQ
Are there any other fees we might have to pay in the future? No, we are very confident prices will remain stable, as we have done due dilligence in setting up our operation.
Is it required a deposit? How much will be the deposit? When will it have to be paid? We require a deposit equivalent to 1 month’s payment and also another 1 month in prepayment. This means a total of 2 months payment must be made when both parties sign agreement.
Is there an expense incurred because more miners are located beyond the first assignment, in addition to the monthly fees added by miners or electricity per miner? No additional expenses or fees.
Can the service provider ensure stability of prices initially provided and agreed for the period stablished on the contract? Yes. We have secure dealings with local power companies.
Can the service provider give proof from the source of power that the energy is and will always be available? Can the service provider give proof (from power provider) that the price of electricity won’t increase from what is agreed from the length of contract? This is dependent on location. For the current facility, we cannot. It depends on location. In the future, when we acquire a 20MW facility, we will be more than happy to provide such proof and are well on our way to acquiring such a facility.
Is there any additional cost that hasn’t been mentioned yet? No additional costs beyond that incurred by the client for shipping and handling and monthly payment.
