Hi!

I have a few ETP and I'm currently mining it!
HitBTC is not accepting deposits due to difficulties (at least that what they are saying).
Bitfinex is the other exchange that supports ETP but when I try to trade "New accounts must achieve an initial account equity of 10,000 USD to access platform features."
Can someone explain me what that means?!?!
Sorry for the stupid question...
