When purchasing online: The Gift Card may only be redeemed in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia to purchase merchandise or services online at www.dell.com. Select your item and proceed to check out. At the payment page, please select the "Redeem your Gift Card" option. You will be asked to enter your gift card (physical or e-card) information, if the available funds on your gift card are less than the amount of the purchase, you will be prompted to enter an additional form of payment. When purchasing over the phone:Please call our Sales department at 1-800-727-6000. Please inform your salesperson at the beginning of the purchase that you have a Dell Gift Card to redeem. Our salesperson will be able to help you with the purchase. Please know there is no difference in the redemption process for plastic or e-gift cards.
