 Distribution of bounty pool
With the announcement of the business plan of TakeOff Exchange, the total supply of TKO token has been determined to be 20 billion tokens.
With this important change, we reviewed the participation situation of each campaign of Bounty program at Stage 1 and the things to accelerate promotion.
So we changed the allocation of bounty pool.
Bounty pool does not change for 3% of token supply amount (upto $6M).
In the future, the expected estimate value will be shown by your stakes.
Currently, stakes automatic calculation program is being developed.
Please wait for a while for confirmation of your stakes until completion of the calculation program.
We close the google public sheet for a while for data migration.
If the number of people for each campaign is significantly different than our expectation and the expected estimate value of stakes significantly different,
we will adjust to redistribute from the reserved/bonus.
The expected estimate values for each campaign's stake are as follows.

What is expected estimate value
We anticipated statistically the activities of the participants of the Bounty program and anticipated how much tokens will be distributed after completion of the Bounty program.
It is a forecast and may differ from the forecast due to the participants of the Bounty program and their activities, price fluctuations of the Ethereum and TKO tokens, and so on.
The expected amount is updated from time to time during the Bounty program period.
Payment of bounty is done by TKO token.
It does not guarantee the payment of the token corresponding to the expected amount of money.
Bounty Period：Stage 1 June 19, 2018 - Auguest 12, 2018
Stage 2 Auguest 13, 2018 - October 8, 2018
Stage 3 October 9, 2018 - December 22, 2018
Weeks：
1. The Bounty program will run until the end of the Token Sale.
2. 3% (upto $6M) of total supply will be assigned to the Bounty Pool.
3. The bounties will be paid within 40 days after the end of the Token Sale.
4. The Bounty program is divided into three periods. (Stage 1, Stage 2, Stage 3)
5. After each state will end, stakes will be calculated and published in about a week.

1.TakeOff Search:
Search Engine for investment-related news.
This is a tool that helps investors understand market trends by searching and analyzing investment-related news.
The first version of the prototype of TakeOff News Search has been released.

TakeOff News Search has Search Engine and AI.
Extracts related news, people, companies, virtual currency from news in AI and natural language processing and displays it along with the stock chart and virtual currency chart.
AI is currently learning with teacher data. Also, we are developing AIs using deep learning. TakeOff News search will be more smarter, more faster, multilingualized (major languages), and it comes to deal with more data.
In some news, you want to know immediately how the stock price of the related company and the chart of the virtual currency fluctuated? TakeOff News Search realizes that. (Currently under development)
2.TakeOff Centre:
Support Platform for startups. TakeOff Centre, along with its partner companies, supports startups. (Including mutual use of original tokens between startups)
Investors using TakeOff Search Premium Service can view information (including private sale) on the startups it supports.
TakeOff Centre gets the commission for comprehensive support by TakeOff is between 15% to 20% of the funds raised by startups and gets 10% to 20% of the original token issued by each startup.
In order to increase the value of the original token issued by each startup, TakeOff Centre will support each startup continuously.

TakeOff Exchange Payment
TakeOff Exchange Payment is a Decentralized Multi-Token Payment service.
For example, you can use it for buying products on EC websites, payments for web services, purchasing tickets, etc.
In particular, you can use it for payment to services of startup supported by TakeOff Centre.
TakeOff Exchange Payment executes the payments trustlessly through an easy-to-use interface(dApps).
The interface of payment is displayed as a part of a webpage of each service, and the payment will be completed by just a few clicks with metamask or dApps browser.
Each token becomes available as a payment token for the actual services, so the liquidity of tokens will be higher.
TakeOff's Business Model
TakeOff Project provide investors with useful tools by TakeOff News Search, connect investors and startups at TakeOff Centre, and provide a place for trading original tokens issued by startups at TakeOff Exchange.
Furthermore, startup’s services make mutual utilization of the original tokens via TakeOff Exchange Payment.
Then the liquidity and the values of tokens will increase.

Roadmap
Our Token - TKO Token
TKO tokens can be used for settlement as the fee for TakeOff News Search Premium Service and can also be used as utility tokens for usage fees for services provided by startups supported by TakeOff Centre.
The more startups that “take off” from the TakeOff Centre provide more useful services in the world, the more liquid and values of mutually available TKO token will go up. Also, sales of TakeOff Centre will increase, and TKO token linked with the value of the business will also increase.
TKO token will be listed on TakeOff Exchange.
TKO token will also be listed on other company exchanges.
TKO token does not represent usage rights of any TakeOff services. In addition, It do not represent any securities such as TakeOff stocks or bonds.

Born in 1980. Japanese.
Graduated from the Graduate School of Mathematical Sciences, Nagoya University.
Master of Mathematics.
Having a speciality in differential geometry, dynamics system.
In the field of mathematics, he researches on KAM theory on the stability of the solar system, and researches on information manifold, data mining etc in applied mathematics field.
He has 23 years experience in programming since he was 14.
He got multiple major qualifications like Technical Engineer (Database) and Application Engineer by IPA (Information-technology Promotion Agency, Japan) while studying in college.
After graduating, he worked for a company engaged in research and development of search engines, AI. For the last 5 years, he had been SEO at the company.
And finally in April 2018, established TakeOff Technology OÜ in Estonia to provide global services beyond national boundaries.
