1  Other / Off-topic / Question about Newegg Preferrred Account on: December 07, 2014, 12:09:32 PM
When they say "Enjoy No Payments + No Interest if paid in full in 12 Months"

Does that literally mean you don't have to make any payments every single month for the first 12 months, or just no interest if you pay in full by the 11th month.
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / How correct are current mining profitability calculators? on: September 14, 2014, 12:04:03 PM
I've been out of the mining game since May.  At that time profit calculations were exaggerated pretty greatly on coinwarz and whatmine.  How are things currently?  What can one expect per 100MH on scrypt, average daily?

3  Other / Off-topic / Distorted Google Earth 3d Imagery on: July 13, 2014, 05:55:46 PM
I've been getting these issues for the last year or so.  I figured it was a bug on their end they would eventually fix, but it's been a while now.  I've tried disabling/enabling all options, clearing caches, reinstalling, etc.  It only does it when 3d Imagery is enabled.  I use OpenGL mode, but it also does it in Directx mode.

Hardware is Z77, 3770k, 280x, 32GB RAM, tried many different ATI drivers.  Right now using latest stable version.

Thoughts?

4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Scrypt Asics -Doomed? on: July 10, 2014, 03:21:15 PM
I've been gone for a couple months to come back to see scrypt difficulties rocketing up.  Is this Bitcoin Asics all over again?  Meanwhile X11/13 profitabilty is laughable.  Current scrypt asic prices don't look like they would ROI if difficulty rate continues at current pace.  Each $10,000 unit only brings in $1800 first month. What are your guys projections for the following months?

7  Other / Off-topic / Companies who pack and ship your products? on: May 02, 2014, 09:52:04 PM
Anyone know any companies who do this?  Other than Amazon.

I need a company who will pack and ship thousands of little packages.  Or at least pack them, I can ship them.

I'll be releasing a new product soon and will only accept coin, hence no Amazon.

Thoughts, etc  Cool

12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Why are there no SHA-256 coins more profitable for mining than Bitcoin on: April 16, 2014, 04:09:59 PM
Scrypt Alts are more profitable than Litecoin so why aren't SHA-256 alts more profitable to mine than Bitcoin?  All the ones I see are actually worse.
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Any Altcoin trading apps for Mintpal or Cryptsy? on: April 16, 2014, 08:43:29 AM
I'm looking for a good Altcoin trading app for Mintpal and Cryptsy.  Are there any?  I have a good one for BTC.  I need one for altcoin.
14  Economy / Computer hardware / WTB LGA1156 Dual Core CPU on: April 09, 2014, 01:37:22 AM

15  Bitcoin / Hardware / PC powers on for 1 second then shuts off on: April 08, 2014, 11:49:58 PM
why does my computer do this sometimes?  The only way to fix it is unplugging the PSU for a few min then trying again.  I've tried different psus, all high quality, so it must be the mobo?  But it does it on a couple of my computers.  What's the deal
16  Economy / Computer hardware / WTB Silverstone 92mm FM91 Fans (lots) on: April 07, 2014, 09:32:31 PM
I'm looking to buy a lot of these.  Tell me how many you have and asking price.  Used is fine of course but condition must be decent as in fully balanced no wobbly spinning and smooth quiet bearings.

Not looking for any other fans, but be these exact fans as they have the perfect RPM range while being quiet sounding.  I have faster 92mm fans but they are loud even at low speed, and I have slower ones that are silent but they are weak.  These are the exact fans I need.  I don't need the controllers.

Post offers, info, etc

17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Why does mining profitability keep going down and down? on: April 06, 2014, 11:32:48 PM
All of the altcoins are following Litecoin.  Litecoin's difficulty has increased 6x since November.  Usually other altcoins are set apart, but they are all following suite in profitability range despite low difficulty.  Why?

If this trend continues, by the time Titan comes out it would only be making around $100 a day.  To start.  Where as right now it would make $500-600 a day.  And just a short time ago it would have made 900-1000 a day.

We need solutions.

18  Bitcoin / Mining support / Wifi cuts off every night on: April 04, 2014, 06:54:59 PM
The wifi on my friend's computer cuts off every night.  With the little x over the bars in the tray.

We have since gotten a new router (top of the line dual band) new wifi adapter (top of the line alpha) even got a new motherboard.  This leads me to believe it is something within Windows 7x64.

Any ideas?  No she can't use a cord, the wifi is within great range of the router with excellent sigle, but the location of the pc would mean cord running through middle of house (which is fine by me, but you get the idea).
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Asus P7P55D-E only sees 2 cards -Help on: April 03, 2014, 11:50:20 PM
I am setting up a rig for my friend with 4 R9 280x using this mobo and the mobo will only see 2 cards.  I've tested each card and riser individually, everything works fine, but I can't get the mobo to see more than 2 cards no matter which combination of slots I use.  using drivers 13.12

Any ideas?
