I asked them to remove the google auth that I lost with my mobile and I didn't have a back up.

So I gave them ALL THE INFORMATIONS, my passport, they asked me a selfie with ID and I did,
everything!

after 7 weeks of emails, they asked me something impossible:

of course I don't have such email!!! why I should keep such email, and if I lose that email also? I should lose 1.000.000 USD
in my account?

I please some of you to help me to report to Chile or Hong Kong authorities the abuse of my case.
I did all the possible to get access to my account.
I asked a phone conversation and nobody call me. They don't have numbers.

I'm really worried. I do not have assets inside my account but I have my personal data and email I want to use
for my account, I do not want open a new account in an exchange were if you have a problem they keep the account
and the assets you could have inside for them.
