I'm brand new with an empty wallet, I saw a few posts like "|WTB| Bitcoins for MoneyPaks" so I thought I give it a try myself just to see how it works. I went to a gas station got greendot MoneyPak for $20 just to see how it works then I'll get bigger ones later once I see one done.

If anyone can educate and walk me through the process for some mbits equivalent for $20 and explain how it works i got the thing didn't call or scratch or and the receipt.

So what next I don't want to rip anyone off just see the process and do this again for a bitter amount. Thanks.

In order to earn some bitcoin I'm willing to do any-kind of service (as long as legal) you need done in the united states payment in bitcoin if it's something expensive we can split payment on some upfront some on completion. I'm computer literate, travel in all 50 states minus Alaska can file paperwork, mail marketing materials (I have mailed hundreds of thousands marketing packages to lists - direct response), organize something like events, form groups associations (done a few) or whatever you need PM me we can talk. I just got back to the state and have time but no bit or alt coins and would love to earn them from some weird service, the only rule is has to be legal I don't want to go to jail.

I just downloaded the protoshares wallet qt for mac v 0.8.5 but i get " no block source available". I understand I need to add the nodes to the config files but I don't have it in any folder.

I also on my search found that there is suppose to be some kind of command line on the wallet itself I'm assuming this is wrong so how do I add the nodes so I can connect.

Also can I mine as part of the pool from this on my mac or is there any other way? Thanks.

I don't see why anyone has the right to take my income? isn't it wrong to tax any kind of income?

I have been watching since bitcoin was like a dollar then forgot saw $1000 and wanted to kick myself in the (you know what). Well better late then never.

I have a mac and I see how to get a wallet, is it worth mining some alt coin? or should I just buy or try to to work for some coin to get started. I have a pretty good understanding after learning the last few days but have not done anything yet trying to pick a path to take.

In any case I'm a big Ron Paul supporter love freedom and I think if this doesn't help us get more freedom I'm not sure what will.
