I'm not going to go into full detail about what GOATCoin is because this thread is not meant for that mates. What I am going to tell you is what GOATCoin has done!

Accomplishments:
1. Got on an exchange (allcoin.com, https://cryptorush.in/ coming soon)
2. Currently trading for over 0.001btc per GOATCoin and 0.051 ltc per GOATCoin
3. Gained support from high know altcoin devs and crypto supporters on twitter
4. Managed to have value even on a small, new exchange
5. Difficulty increased 2x the average difficulty today (GOATCoin word is getting around)
6. Over 430 votes and 33+ pages on our cryptsy page
7. Didn't use a celebrity endorsement or well know person in the crypto community *Cough Cough maxcoin

The list goes on and on mates. We've done so much and we're planning on doing a lot more in the future. GOATCoin will explode within the next month, mark my words mates

I need a basic satoshi dice game created (send to this address, you win it sends back type deal) and a faucet. I will only pay in GOATCoin. PM me if you can do one of these services.

Before 10+ altcoins were created on a daily, it took nothing to get a coin on an exchange. Most of the time, the same day or next day after the coin was released it was added to an exchange. GOATCoin is a coin designed to be great, hints the name (Greatest of all time). It encourages users on every aspect to take pride in the coin by setting goals and giving rewards. But the only problem is to start the goal/reward system (which is the whole concept of GOAT) we must be added to an exchange.

We average 1TH+ of mining power on the network, we have a pretty big support group behind us, over 350 votes (391 to be exact) on our cryptsy page plus 31 pages of comments (https://cryptsy.freshdesk.com/support/discussions/topics/74120/page/31), the list goes on. As a dev is just a little frustrating. People are ready to exchange and we would like to start the next chapter of our coin which is the goal and reward system.

So I leave with this question... What does it take to get on cryptsy? Is it just based off of if BitJohn likes your coin or not? I'm a little confused

Solo mining:
1. Setup your GOATCoin.conf file in the %appdata%
Your conf file should look like this

The GOATCoin devs consist of 5 men. Together we came up with a plan to motivate users to take pride in GOATCoin. Throughout 2-3 months we will come up with different goals for GOATCoin. If each goal is completed a massive reward will be offered on a certain day. Massive rewards will reward users on certain exchanges, mining pools, game sites, etc. (We pick where the reward takes place at random, but our "Hero Exchange" will always be used for rewards.) Keep in mind that goals will be pretty big goals. In order to be the Greatest Of All Time you have to go big or go home  Wink Massive rewards typically will reward active users. If your not active, most likely you will miss out. The main reason the devs and I are doing this is to see if a community can come together/work together and to see what can be accomplished. This coin is more of an experiment to show other alt coins that anything and everything is possible if EVERYONE works together. Everyone being the miners, buyers, holders, exchanges, etc.
