I'm not a professional real estate agent or anything. Nor do I plan to continue buying and selling properties as my profession. Total approximate market VALUE of this GOA, India property is about Rs 85 lacs = $133k (/Rs 64) = 140 BTC (/$950)
This property is located in chapora, vagatore / anjuna, goa, India. I'm currently here.
I'm able to first get this property on my/our name for about Rs 23 lacs = $36k (/Rs 64) = 38 BTC (/950)
Rs 64 and $950 I used for above calculations is dynamic and flexible, of course.
Once the property is registered on my/our name, we've the complete control over how and what balance we give the property owner. This is possible because of certain Indian property laws and personal relations with the property owner.
I'm already working to make the 38 BTC arrangements to get this on my name but wanted to post here to see if I can get any interesting options and/or opportunities.
I'm planning to make a new Facebook page to sell this property for the very best price, soon.
