There are problems of spamming, shit-posting and pump ANN thread from new account for advertising/pin topic around forum. And I suggest a requirement in number of characters for reply/post accord to rank member. It can prevent people from spamming in airdrop topic, pump ANN thread, shit-posting without information.
Example:

+ Newbie: Minimum 100 characters
+ Jr.Member: Minimum 50 characters
+ Member: Minimum 20 characters
+ Sr.Member and higher: No minimum

So all newbie and Jr.Member have to write more for their post. It can make reply/post make sense and more information.

Ask a member of community, I jut want to share an idea to prevent fake or scam account come back again and again.

There are a lot of new registration every month that include a lot of fake and scam account. So my idea is:
+ Allow one account per MAC address. Why ? Its easy to change IP and create a lot of account within 1 computer. Only few steps, so scammer can comeback whenever old account got ban.
+ With MAC address. It isn't easy to change, it need time and some knowledge about computer to done it. So once your account got perma-ban, it mean your conputer also. It can prevent a lot of fake account register by a person with 1 computer.

Im just new to forum and as far as I know, merit is given to quality post around forum by ppl who got sMerit. However, it just come from few ppl as Merit sources and it depend on many factors for giving Merit such as a friend want merit, so just give him some or sell and trade Merit between ppl. Merit system is abused by ppl and its all centralized, control by ppl. This is funny while forum is all about cryptocurrencies and focus on decentralized.

As you can see this topic: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4104852.0 about ppl getting 0 to 100+ merit. Its only few ppl done it. As a newbie, I know how difficult to earn Merit and the feeling when u make quality post then no attention from Merit sources. So can I suggest an idea to turn Merit system to decentralized ?

+ My suggestion is about "Thanks" system to make Merit system become decentralized  that everyone can give Thanks to others so all quality post can be judge by everyone. All merit will be decentralized by exchanges from Thanks to Merit.
+ Every post on forum wil have Thanks button for ppl evaluation and give Thanks. Thanks System isn't control by admin, mod or anyone. Everyone can give Thanks to quality post.
+ Then from number of Thanks, ppl can exchange to merit for rank up.

Its my idea, If you think its bad idea, just give your opinion and discuss. I just want to contribute for all ppl equal and encourage newbie contributing more quality post.
