We believe in the original vision of Ethereum as a world computer you can't shut down, running irreversible smart contracts. We believe in a strong separation of concerns, where system forks are only possible in order to correct actual platform bugs, not to bail out failed contracts and special interests. We believe in censorship-resistant platform that can be actually trusted - by anyone. Code is law. More: https://medium.com/@bit_novosti/a-crypto-decentralist-manifesto-6ba1fa0b9edeMotivationEthereum Foundation responded to DAO debacle in the worst way possible. Special interests controlling the Foundation are ramming through DAO bailout hardfork against principled opposition of a significant economic minority of Ethereum stakeholders. According to (diligently hidden, pro-fork) coin vote on Carbonvote, 19% of ETH holders oppose this hardfork. Also, about 22% of Ethereum miners voted against the previous 'DAO softfork' and would logically oppose hardfork as well. Such a significant minority of stakeholders should not be silenced or intimidated into submission - they should be given a clear choice. If we want to continue to move forward and guarantee survival of the original Ethereum vision, we must fork Ethereum. This will lay the foundation to build secure decentralized applications that are actually censorship resistant. More: https://github.com/ethereumclassic/freeworldcomputer-projectGoalsThe main goal of the project is to ensure survival of the original Ethereum blockchain. We will strive to provide alternative for people who strongly disagree with DAO bailout and the direction Ethereum Foundation is taking their project. Anyone opting to remain on the original chain should have such opportunity. DevelopmentWe fork Ethereum and maintain upstream patches similar to the relation between Redhat and CentOS, until a community can form around the project and create a road map. Until this happens we can fork multiple existing clients to help prevent a monoculture of clients. We plan to follow https://github.com/ethereum development except for any features they introduce into existing clients that violate the key principles of openness, neutrality and immutability. Code: https://github.com/ethereumclassicWhat can I do?Please help us spread the word about this project in Ethereum community! VolunteersIf you feel strongly about the cause, please get involved. With just days before the planned hardfork, we need your support to ensure original Ethereum survival. We need more developers, website designers, people who can write and advocate the need for Ethereum Classic. Please let us know what are your skills and how you would like to contribute. Redditors, please reply here. Github users, please open new issue. UsersIn order to remain on the original Ethereum chain, just don't upgrade to hardfork client version pushed by Ethereum Foundation. We will maintain non-fork versions of all major Ethereum clients (as well as other key software), so going forwards all the improvements will be available to you. Fun fact. If you keep ETH under your direct control (not in a 3rd party wallet or exchange account), you will have two sets of coins instead of one post-fork. You could then install a forked Ethereum client in addition to Ethereum Classic, copy your private keys there and use your coins on both chains! You won't be so lucky if your ETH are locked with 3rd party going into the fork - some exchanges already announced that they will only return one type of coin post-fork to its users. MinersMiners supporting the original chain should just keep mining with current version of software for now, without upgrading to client version introducing the hardfork code. It will be always possible to download and build latest non-fork version from https://github.com/ethereumclassic. The difficulty of the original chain will be quite high post-fork, but it will adjust to actual hashrate shortly (just 2048 blocks, a few hours). Since it is expected that most hashrate will move to hardfoked chain, post-adjustment it will be possible to obtain decent mining rewards in classic ethers even with solo mining. Because the difficulty adjusts quickly, it will be also quite possible to solo mine soon after the fork. If you intend to mine Ethereum Classic, please don't upgrade to geth 1.4.10 just yet, due to potential vulnerability. We will inform you when it's safe to upgrade. For now, just solo-mine with geth 1.4.9 or any earlier version, or use Classic pool. Tradershttps://bitsquare.io/Most important question for traders is 'will ETHC have market price'? There are all reasons to believe that it will. Essentially, ETHC is an Ethereum 'spinoff coin' with a wide user base of all current ETH users. Some of them will see the value of transacting on a censorship-resistant chain, some won't. This creates interesting arbitrage opportunities for smart traders. Additional reasoning why EHTC is very unlikely to be 'worthless'. Both Poloniex and Bitfinex announced that they will assign their users both ETH and ETHC after the fork. This is a step in the right direction, now it's up to these major exchanges to enable ETH/ETHC trading that will no doubt be demanded by users. Decentralized exchange Bitsquare announced ETHC trading right after the fork. Other trading venues will follow since there is a strong business case. We are in touch with several other exchanges to add ETHC trading to their platforms. If your exchange is interested in ETHC trading, please contact us. Let's make sure original Ethereum vision doesn't just " go gentle into that good night"! https://github.com/ethereumclassic/README

The Ethereum Classic Labs Core (ECLC) team recently created the OpenRPC Specification. The specification emulates OpenAPI, the successful and widely adopted specification for REST APIs. "The OpenRPC Specification defines a standard, programming language-agnostic interface description for JSON-RPC 2.0 APIs, which allows both humans and computers to discover and understand the capabilities of a service without requiring access to source code, additional documentation, or inspection of network traffic. When properly defined via OpenRPC, a consumer can understand and interact with the remote service with a minimal amount of implementation logic. Similar to what interface descriptions have done for lower-level programming, the OpenRPC Specification removes guesswork in calling a service." The main developers were Zachary Belford and Shane Jones 1.0.0 release out today. - https://github.com/open-rpc/spec/releases/tag/1.0.0?from=groupmessage&isappinstalled=0https://spec.open-rpc.orghttps://github.com/open-rpcThe duo are pretty active on Discord and answering any questions/taking feedback about the spec here https://discord.gg/SPFQkPr

Im working at Marlin Protocol and we just released our whitepaper https://www.docdroid.net/JQ6N8iu/There are multiple networking innovations that are bundled as a solution in our platform for on demand overlay networks. After a series of successful simulations and benchmarking in the testnet stage, we're confident we can speed up virtually any blockchain by 2-3 orders of magnitude and provide provable anonymity. Marlin is purpose-built for efficient peer-to-peer communication. Utilizing proven technologies such as: -multipath transport -cut-through routing -multicast trees -dandelion protocol -QUIC transport layer -programmable routing -probabilistic forwarding -routing shell-games -garlic routing -relay engines -template deltas check us out at marlin.pro

So it looks like almost all crypto marketing services in the BTT world are Bounty focused.
Community Management is pretty worthless without a community -- and not many are really running a successful community growth operation without a Bounty.
Now - investors are starting to share that they will NOT get involved in ICOs or projects that are using bounties as a means of community growth because it almost always leads to a heavy southeast asia group that has no intentions of buying and looking to dump the airdrop/bounty coins at the first second they get.
The more established crypto marketing groups are still only offering PR services at ridiculously high prices, along with their "miracle growth" processes for 100k telegram users in 3 days. And people swear its organic. LOL
Where are the other options? Why dont we see better/more affordable email campaigns?
I feel like the bounty way of working has stolen a lot of innovation and substituted rocket growth for organic growth
My group succeeds because we specifically DONT focus on bounties as a growth strategy.
We need to collectively focus on quality and education marketing or the entire industry will continue to have this negative stigma associated with get-rich-quick schemes

There is a new project that has some pretty big hitters on its team and they are building a new protocol to replace the current standard "Gossip Protocol" marlin.pro The system will be using a plethora of new networking solutions to create on-demand custom overlay networks. These include packets being forwarded even before they are received in entirety (cut-through switching), routing over low-latency multicast trees (to replace the epidemic flooding/gossip), randomized path selection before the diffusion process (a modified stemming+diffusion approach common in systems like Dandelion - for lightweight anonymity), ttransport layer improvements to improve over TCP head-of-line blocking and congestion control, and many more This will be the project we hear a lot about in 2019 and few non-engineering people will really understand what it does. A core dev from Zilliqa is heading it up. The project won a competition at Stanford earlier this year. With its mixed team from MIT, Stanford, IIT Mumbai with support and advise from City of Zion and other world class Research labs, the project is built for success. Edit: There is now an official ANN discussion here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5074571.msg48342672#msg48342672

MuleChain is a decentralized P2P logistics network powered by the people.
_______________________________________________________________________________ ________
What is MuleChain? _______________________________________________________________________________ ________ MuleChain aims to help millions participate in the global sharing economy by redefining global peer-to-peer logistics. We are using blockchain technology to create a decentralized network where users can create requests for both local and cross-border delivery services. Users can also perform storage and delivery functions for requests on the network, earning extra income as payments for providing the services
_______________________________________________________________________________ ________
“MuleChain is the world’s first blockchain-based decentralized platform where the new concept of ‘convenience assistance service’ will be implemented to create a new breed of P2P and on-demand delivery and warehousing logistics networks and ecosystem.” – Ralph Liu CEO, MuleChain _______________________________________________________________________________ ________
  _______________________________________________________________________________ ________
MuleChain Features _______________________________________________________________________________ ________MuleChain Features- Shipping and Delivery Contract Management MuleChain will provide powerful tools for creating and managing contracts. It will allow the
user to easily keep track of all open and previouscontracts, who executed them, locations, and other important information. - Simple User Interface Exceptional user experience is what we aim for whenit comes to managing contracts.
Information will be displayed clearly and access to tools and information readily available. Contract views will be easy to read and understand as well as easy to use, giving users a simple yet powerful way to create and manage contracts. - Governance Voting smart contracts. As the MuleChain developer ecosystem grows, we will have routine
polls that token holders can vote on. - Security, Two-factor Authentication (2FA) MuleChain allows users to enable 2FA to perform actions such as logging on, processing
withdrawals, creating contracts, and updating important profile information. - Email Confirmation MuleChain maintains an email confirmation policy unless 2FA is enabled. This policy protects
users from unauthorized account activity such as withdrawals and contract approvals. - Protection Users will never be prompted for their private key. By registering and logging in, they unhash
the ciphertext representing their private key with their personal password. For every transaction they will be prompted with Two factor authentication.
 _______________________________________________________________________________ ________
MCX Utility Token _______________________________________________________________________________ ________MCX Utility Token- Function: The MCX Token is used to represent a value in escrow until the delivery completes from end to
end. It serves to build trust between the carrier of the goods to the recipient of the goods. Users whether they sign on to the platform using the desktop web app or mobile app will be able to send or receive tokens in their wallet as well as track their spending and access their past transactions. - How to buy: MCX A web UI will allow for the purchase of MCX tokens. It will be as easy as clicking a button or
scanning a QR code to buy and hold tokens. - Spending and Earning: Users will spend MCX once delivery contracts are completed. Carriers will earn MCX by
completing delivery contracts.
_______________________________________________________________________________ ________
MuleChain Routes _______________________________________________________________________________ ________MuleChain Routes In the closing quarter of 2018, we will be releasing a mobile app called: MuleChain Routes. This revolutionary and convenient app will be the definitive source for our smart and simple blockchain-powered logistics services platform. Users will be able to sign-up as one of three primary roles on the platform. Requesters, Mules, and Pack Station Owners. Respectively, these roles will be able to request deliveries, give those travelling the opportunity to provide carrier services, and utilise available spaces to host storage for pickup and dropoff points. With NEM-based Smart Contracts and machine learning support, MuleChain will match requests with available transients and provide a vast network of points for these shipments and deliveries to live between origin and destination. We plan on deploying MuleChain Routes in 50 cities within 5 years. _______________________________________________________________________________ ________

This is for a good promotion campaign to get as many telegram users to the facebook faucet. No management just promotion
Only people that claim in the next 24 hours will get the facebook faucet coins -- this is the first phase to have a wide distribution of the coin
We are looking for experienced telegramers with large networks to help spread it far and fast. Only 24hours to go
Add me @bobthegrownup to discuss the quick details -- will compensate well for the one day

We are releasing the whitepaper this week, but there are still areas we need to improve. We need someone that has game theory experience and a desire to be a co-author on this. This is about the new consensus algorithm we have created, Proof-Of-Transaction. You can read more on our ANN thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4757879and the discussion thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4685802Please comment here if you'd like to get the whitepaper ahead of time and be involved

Trying to wrap my head around our current idea for raising funds for the foundation. Our goal is to raise enough to continue development of the coin and to work on vendor adoption.
The biggest issue is that I can't find precedence where a straight up currency coin had an ICO. Most coins are POW, and the few that are POS - like NXT and NEM - didn't ICO but shared the coins -- in NEM's case it was right here on bitcointalk, accepting negligible amount of BTC and distributing to about 4000 people
So is this something that is theoretically doable? I can see why it would be appealing since people would have the ability to exchange for TAUcoins before the secondary market was built. Or is this a ridiculous direction and we should look to airdropping/distributing the token like NEM did?
What is the best way to move forward? Are there any examples that did ICO?

Ok I get it. There are 1000s of pumpers and scammers out here and a bunch of people get jaded over time from the constant bombardment of meaningless interactions. But lets be honest, those are apparent from a mile away. Most of the posts look like a "hey thank you for making such an incredible project you are good man"
The interactions ive had have varied, and honestly ive met some amazing people that have spent a lot of time educating me and sharing their knowledge.
Parodium and Yahoo62278 have been super cool and honestly deserve a shoutout for being overall great human beings
But there are a bunch out there that just suck. Its cool to ignore or just be too busy, but when you go out of your way to demean me for not knowing something, thats just not cool. And to automatically assume motivations are nefarious with most evidence pointing otherwise is just stupid. The unfortunate truth is that this seems to be the majority out there.
If you are going to label someone, at least have the decency to exercise a modicum of thought.
Its quite obvious we should be supporting camaraderie, and ill be supporting Parodium and Yahoo62278 with my business. To those others that ive talked to and received nasty attitudes, you should look to them as an example of professionalism.

We are about to launch our ANN and Whitepaper but we are constantly in heated debate about several topics regarding economics and the technical capabilities of our future roadmap The two most important debates are: 1 - Does "Velocity of Money" matter? This is regarding the ethos of our project 2- Is an automatic adjustable block size actually feasible? This is regarding our future scalability solutions Would love to have feedback and also find people looking to join our team - either full-time/part-time/or as advisors with compensation. I recognize that there is extremely high demand for talented, smart and engaging debate, and this deserves compensation. Our project goals can be completely wrong, and we need to discover that sooner rather than later Ive just written a small article describing the project a bit here https://medium.com/tau-foundation/bitcoin-made-digital-money-now-tau-makes-smart-money-f9648f2530da
