Is there any software where I can put 2-3 pools of different scrypt coins and it will monitor the difficulty and switch to the coin with the lowest diff?

I mean if the diff of coin X is lower than 10, mine it otherwise mine LTC. If later the diff of coin X drops below 10 switch back to coin X.

I am interested about cgminer on windows or raspberry pi (preferable)

I have just installed windows 7 64bit and I am having problems mining scrypt.
I know newer versions of cgminer do not support scrypt mining
I have downloaded cgminer 3.1.1 which I know is good
when i start it I get --scrypt: unrecognized option

my GPU is gigabyte R9-280X
I have the latest catalyst and amd sdk accelerator installed

bfgminer works but I couldn't make it mine more than 570kh. normally my GPU works at around 750kh

anyone can help on cgminer please?
