Hi to all miners around here,
we are group from Czech Republic and we develop, rent and sell the mining containers.
You can buy container or rent one and put your miners in.
We have few locations all around Czech Republic in bioplant area where we can provide you hosting.

Locations:
Mohelnice area
Litoměřice area
Prague and 50km diameter area
Písek area

Prices of electricity:
1,85-1,95CZK/kW (approx. 0,0841USD- 0,0864USD (used 22CZK / 1USD)

Prices of renting the container with ability of buying the container after 12months for better price:
Big one- 310kW - 200 ASIC slots (for ex. S9)
36.000CZK/month. After 12 months price drops about 20% = 28.800CZK/month
You can buy the container for 200.000Kč after 12months.

Small one- 240kW - 200 ASIC slots (for ex. L3+)
33.000CZK/month. After 12 months price drops about 20% = 26.400CZK/month
You can buy the container for 180.000CZK after 12months.

Prices of new containers for sell:
Big one - 430.000CZK
Small one - 400.000CZK
It takes up to 3 weeks to build the container from signing the contract and pay 50% prepay fee. (You get invoice from a company.)
50% has to be paid when the ASICs are installed on location.

Conditions:
Contracts are signed for at least 12months.
Garanted prices are always for a year (2018, 2019 etc.) and every year are changing due to PXE regulation prices on EU market.

For better understanding:
When you rent a container, our investor will build it and pay the whole process.
When you buy new one, the container is yours and you can use it as you want and where you want.
After one year you can buy the container for a better price, see above.
The prices of renting is discounted every year, so you have this opportunity to have it -20% then previous year.
The more miners you have inside the container the better price of kW you get. For example you can get as low as
TOTAL COST:
2.038 CZK/kW in big container
2.01 CZK/kW v small container. First year. Second is 20% discounted.
Racks, cabels, vents, switchboards, circuit breakers are included in container.
In case you buy a new container or you buy it after a year the prices are without renting and prices of el. Energy are negotiable.
Prices are without VAT.
