Only condition is that it must be CPU-mined. And I want a fast coin. It doesn't have to be too popular, but popularity helps if I still see it as undervalued. Any suggestions?

None of them are mineable coins and I've heard they're all centralized like banks with the ability to modify their currency at any time I obviously don't understand these 3 too well. But they have a high market cap and I want to. Can someone unconvince me?
