1  Economy / Scam Accusations / Blockchain Startups Latvia promoting AsicVault scam! on: June 01, 2021, 11:22:52 PM

Caution with Latvian FB group Blockchain Startups Latvia for promoting AsicVault scam!

In short: a bunch of  Estonian and Latvian crooks sell since 2017 non-existent item, called "next-generation cryptocurrency vault" - know as AsicVault.

This AsicVault scam was exposed 1,5 years ago in Estonian newspapers https://arileht.delfi.ee/artikkel/88223975/eesti-firma-sattus-internetis-pettusesuudistuste-laviini-alla?, a lot has been written on it here in bitcointalk.org https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5186716.0 and elsewhere on the Internet https://archive.is/4fDi1.

But AsicVault promotions still pop up all over the Internet!!

One of them was published March 29, 2021 at Latvian Facebook group  Blockchain Startups Latvia https://www.facebook.com/BlockchainStartupsLatvia    After my letter to the admin of that group the promotion of that scam was removed (look our correspondence https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5186716.msg57037096#msg57037096 ).

But a few days ago I noticed that Blockchain Startups Latvia has sneakily restored that same AsicVault promotion from March 29!

Yes, they know it promotes scam and they restored it!! And now they even refuse to answer me why they did so. I guess the reason is that several crooks from AsicVault gang belong to this same Blockchain Startups Latvia FB group, I have noticed them as members there!

Therefore, I might be assumed that LATVIAN FB GROUP BLOCKCHAIN STARTUPS LATVIA KNOWINGLY PROMOTES FRAUD AND PROTECTS PROVEN SCAMMERS

2  Economy / Scam Accusations / Asicvault scam is back! on: February 03, 2021, 02:38:31 AM

Asicvault scam is back!

Many people were cheated by Asicault scam 2017 - 2018. It was advertised as The most secure cryptocurrency wallet . After it was exposed in 2019 their website was closed down by the middle of 2020.

A month ago I warned that the person behind the scam might start over some of his old schemes.

And behold, a few days ago the Asicvault website has been relaunched, slightly modified: https://asicvault.io/  It means that soon they will cheat again, somewhere and somehow.

Therefore, extreme caution with any name, company, phone, brand, address, e-mail or website listed here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5186716.msg55988575#msg55988575 - here is a lot on the scumbag behind this scam

3  Economy / Scam Accusations / Latvian scammer Matiss Paegle: Windhan scam, Asicvault scam on: November 14, 2019, 02:22:34 PM

Could a person be at the same time legit enterpreneur and a piece of scammy shit?  Should we have attitude: once scammer - allways scammer? Or it is not that simple?

This is the problem with a person Matiss Paegle, (also Matīss Paegle) a person supposedly active in Latvia and Estonia.

He has been a central figure in proven bitcoin scams:

1) Asicvault: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5186716.0 ; http://archive.is/4fDi1 ; he is a shareholder in scammy Aiscvault run by notorious scammer Hando Eilsen

2) Windhan: he is main person in scammy Windhan ICO: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5114243.40 ; now its website dead etc typical scam indicators (more on Windhan in Kazakhstan and its relation with this "Windhan" here will be coming soon, waiting for information from Kazakhstan).

But the same person Matiss Paegle is a central figure in a seemingly solid enterprise called BaltCap Infrastructure: https://www.baltcap.com/team/matiss-paegle/

And he promotes project  that also seems pretty legit: http://keepwarmeurope.eu/fileadmin/user_upload/Learning_Centre/Latvia/T2.5-1__Alternative_to_financing_of_infrastructure_projects_and_public-private_partnership_.pdf

I am quite confused now as I plan to take legal action concerning Asicvault members in Latvia and Estonia.  Any opinion?
4  Economy / Scam Accusations / AsicVault scam participants on: September 22, 2019, 05:30:49 PM
Probably many have heard about Estonian-Latvian scam AsicVault / AsicFuel and its generator Hando Eilsen,
look: http://archive.is/4fDi1 ; AsicVault reps tried to promote its scam also in Bitcointalk, but disappeared soon: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2706485.20

The scam is still operational, AsicVault still sells non-existent wallet: https://asicvault.io/preorder/# More information on Hando Eilsen , CEO of AsicVault will be published pretty soon.

Meanwhile I present here a list of AsicVault accomplices whose names are not widely known and someone might fall into their trap. All of the following persons participated in AsicVault scam, they still actively promote the fraud. I have contacted these persons previously and asked them to stop promoting this scam and renounce it, but they just do not care or threaten me. Therefore I make public their names and roles in the scam.

1)   Viesturs Pless - full name Viesturs Šeļmanovs Plešs
„Lead Blockchain App development manager at AsicVault“ -  https://www.facebook.com/viestursp  ; one of the most active promoter of the scam in Facebook and Twitter: Here is one example how he promotes never existent "first batch" https://twitter.com/viestursp/status/946323355820609536 - nobody has ever seen any of these "sold 1500" items.
Or: https://twitter.com/viestursp/status/1055873669992472576
Mr Viesturs Pless was the only person of the “AsicVault team” who was willing to speak to me more than once. Our conversation (I have screenshots) indicates that in fact there is no AsicVault team, no lavish office rooms etc they claim.

2)   Matiss Paegle , also Matīss Paegle  became 2018 shareholder in AsicVault OÜ (this is a company behind the scam): https://www.teatmik.ee/en/personlegal/14144085-Asicvault-O%C3%9C
When I contacted Mr Paegle via BaltCap (https://www.baltcap.com/team/matiss-paegle/ ) he began to threaten me and promised to sue me as I hurt his AsicVault business. As Mr Paegle is co-owner of the company that promotes the scam then more information concerning him and his other enterprises (that are probably same shady as AsicVault) will be coming soon.

3)   Andris Vaivods (b. Feb 6, 1975) is a shareholder with Hando Eilsen in enterprise Asicvault Capital OÜ https://www.teatmik.ee/en/personlegal/14437976-Asicvault-Capital-O%C3%9C – it is a sequel to AsicVault scam.  Mr Andris Vaivods actively promoted Asicvault scam in different social networks on the Internet, one example from 2019: https://cryptovalley.swiss/inquiry/asicvault-producer-of-hw-wallets-is-lookinmg-for-the-partners-for-the-commercial-production-product-development-and-global-business-expansion/

4)   Rain Adelbert  is a “Chief Hardware Engineer” of Asicvault https://asicvault.io/ ; participated in AsicVault ICO https://icorating.com/people/rain-adelbert/ and publicly promotes the enterprise https://video.buffer.com/v/5a2576f7936392fc145eaaab ; I have contacted him several times but no answer; but I know he has forwarded my questions to the main scammer Mr Eilsen.

There are some other persons (Edīte Venškēvica,  Andrejs Smelovs and some others) claim in AsicVault Google reviews they have used AsicVault wallet or have been toured around in AsicVault’s headquartes in Tallinn (no such company exists at that address)

5  Bitcoin / Wallet software / asicvault scam on: August 02, 2018, 01:03:00 AM
Got some feedback from Estonia and Latvia on Asicvault. There has been at least five similar scams generated by Asicvault's CEO Hando Eilsen. Tens of his partners and investors have lost money investing in his "100 times better" or even "1000 times better" schemes: search engines, internet casinos etc, and the wallet here (hopefully some relevant court cases will be available for me soon).

But the worst thing is that Asicvault proceeds with selling non-existent product and tricking people into buying it. Judging by the previous schemes I guess the point here for Asicvault is to get money from new investors. That's why they still try to suppress any negative statement in social media and show the bogus as a real product. Maybe the Asicvault team believes it can pull through with the new money and finally release the product - but in fact they are just packing the pockets of a notorious scammer.
