I'm not really a fan of media as a form of escapism. I don't watch TV of any sort, no Netflix even. I don't watch movies too often, but lately I find myself absolutely loving all sorts of thought-provoking content. I'm interested mostly in good creations that can use the plot to provide interesting perspectives on certain subjects. What movie/video game comes to mind when you think of the best & most thought-provoking media you've come across? I have every single game console so be sure to recommend me your favorite games too, not just movies!

I am interested in knowing what sort of video content is most appealing to you. I've been considering starting a YouTube for YEARS (yeah, years) but if I'm going to do it I'm going to really grind it out. I want to make something that people would love. I guess I can split this into two questions: what type of videos do you currently spend the most time each week watching? And the other, if someone in the world could make any video (be realistic) what would the title be?
I'm not limited to any niche or type of video, think of anything. Additionally, do you think there is a place for Bitcoin on YouTube in terms of consistent content? A quick search shows lots of videos with little to no quality (basic education, poor speculation, etc.) so I'm really curious to know what you guys think!

I am referring to all profile pages, click my name to see an example. I believe that maybe in the (distant) past, these placeholders would have been viable and okay, but in reality, nobody uses AOL, MSN, and the other placeholders. Let's be real
The placeholders that should be changed: ICQ, AIM, MSN, YIM
Placeholders that should be added: Discord, Telegram
I cannot give my opinion on how the change should be made - will users with information in the old placeholders be notified? The change should be fairly simple to do. Please try to make this happen

Link to digital goods sub-forum: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=93.0If you are reading this thread, please click the link above and take a look at the mess that is called "digital goods". I think this is an issue that must be brought up, because legitimate sellers with quality products are riddled under an ocean of semi-illegal codes, cracked accounts, and other things obtained illegitimately. From a quick glance at the section, there are some goods that definitely should not belong in the same section as others. Premium domains that sell for hundreds go unnoticed because of the all of the sellers selling items for cents/dollars. I think that the best bet to clean up the section would be one of my two solutions: 1. Create a new sub-forum under "marketplace" for all of the spammy goods 2. Create a new sub-forum under the exiting digital goods, alongside "invites & accounts", for all spammy goods I would define spam goods as: 1. Gift cards, claim codes, coupons, or codes of any sort of low value 2. Cracked accounts (the majority) 3. VCC/VBA/anything related 4. Activation keys 5. Betting scripts, mostly Bustabit ones I would also create a definition for goods of higher quality: - Domains and websites - Website scripts and themes - Social media related items - Physical gift cards - Anything else not listed as spam goods Now that I've listed out my definitions, go back to the digital goods sub-forum and look at the percentage of spammy goods vs. higher quality goods. It is in my opinion that a change is necessary and beneficial for the marketplace. I would love to hear thoughts and maybe other solutions to sort out the mess. Thanks

Guys,
I know there's tons of rig monitors out there, but none that I've found were simple and straightforward and did what I wanted to do, so I wrote one myself and I'm sharing it with everyone.
I present RigBro:
* Forever free and open source. No auto-enabled donation mining. * Quick and easy setup (< 5 min, depending on # of rigs) * Readonly, simple dashboard displaying everything you need to know about your rigs * Set a minimum expected MH/s for your rig array, any reading less than that triggers alarm * Optional audio alerts while RigBro dashboard is open * Rigs push data to your monitoring server, meaning you don't need to set static IPs, configure routers, no port forwarding, no extra security risks, etc. * Integration with third party alert services (site24x7, pingdom, etc) to let you know within minutes if something's wrong
Get it here and happy mining:
**RigBro is no longer available. Sorry**
