1  Economy / Currency exchange / 🔴 I need Bitcoin-to-fiat bridge. Will pay up to 10% fee on: November 20, 2018, 06:51:12 PM
I need a virtual card issued so that I can pay with Bitcoin for online services, such as Github, Digital Ocean, Trello, Slack etc.

Volume is about $300/mo currently but will increase as the team expands. I only bother you twice: for loading the card for the new month and for asking to upload the statement for the past month.

Please state your % fee and issuance fee.

Superspace: Scaling Bitcoin Beyond SegWit

Steve Kallisteiros
August 25, 2018

Abstract. SegWit, or Segregated Witness, a soft fork successfully activated mid-2017 on Bitcoin blockchain, provided among other benefits a backward-compatible increase to the block size limit, all while not introducing consensus breaking changes to Bitcoin protocol and not resulting in a hard fork network partitioning. The potential space increase is estimated at being close to 2 MB total for practical purposes. In this paper, the author argues that it is possible, using the same mechanism, increase the block size further up to any agreed-upon limit, while still providing the same security guarantees SegWit does.

Keep in mind, it's only the first draft. I would really appreciate your feedback.
4  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Lightning Network fraud possible? on: August 16, 2018, 10:17:26 AM
Trying to understand Lightning Network better, and risks involved.

If I want to pay Bob, and I have opened a channel with Alice, and she has an open channel with Bob, it seems straightforward: I pay to Alice, she pays to Bob.

What if she refuses though after I pay to her? Is there a way to make it atomic and trustless? If so, can anyone point to the description of low-level protocol implementation of this?

The only thing I can think of is streaming satoshi-by-satoshi (you risk only the first satoshi), but that would be extremely verbose, noisy and slow. And if there are more intermediaries in the chain than just Alice, it's even worse.
5  Economy / Currency exchange / 🔴 I need Bitcoin-to-fiat bridge on: August 08, 2018, 08:15:54 AM
Turns out, many Bitcoin debit card companies have closed, because of Visa decision to have absolutely nothing with cryptocurrency. So, after a few unsuccessful attempts to get a card, I decided I'd rather pay someone for the service of ordering a normal virtual card and thus using Bitcoin from my project fund to order online services I need for the project (Github, Slack, etc., nothing fancy).

Because I'm willing to send money up-front, I'll take offers only from members with established reputation / trust feedback. State your price for ordering the card and percentage you want from the Bitcoin payments to top-up the card.
