1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / VOCAL on the COVAL platform could revolutionize the digital content industry. on: October 10, 2016, 05:26:00 PM
If you read one blog post this year then make it this one...particularly the section about the VOCAL app.

https://medium.com/coval/coval-update-1016-21c55ce3ccee

I think they have the special sauce that really could save the digital content industry from becoming a zero profit industry.

How do I do this showing the actual clip not just a link?
3  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Maybe the future of Bitcoin is in Loyalty points. on: September 12, 2016, 08:57:24 PM
Maybe Bitcoin instead of going full mainstream currency needs to enter the masses through loyalty bonus point type programs. Loyalty points were really the original virtual currency....it's a lot less intimidating to the average user to collect 'points' or tokens and redeem them alongside normal fiat pathways.

Say Starbucks gave out digital crypto points with a purchase made through your cellphone or credit card. Starbucks can firstly have tailor made loyalty program that normally is wasteful and inefficient and customers have then used cryto in a way that means they almost don't need to know its Bitcoin.

There are alt coin projects like Coval moving into this area but maybe Bitcoin needs to enter the masses counciousness through the backdoor of loyalty programs? The loyalty industry is btw worth 70 billion annually so it's not a small thing.
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Coval is a loyalty points platform. Why has it taken so long for crypto? on: September 12, 2016, 08:33:48 PM
In many ways loyalty points were the original virtual currency. With the blockchain making the often wasteful redeeming of points efficient it makes me wonder why crypto has not entered this area sooner than now.

Maybe the real future for all crypto including Bitcoin is a value added bonus system alongside fiat/cash purchases? For one it's not so intimidating if people are collecting 'points' or tokens rather than being thrown into a full crypto currency. Plus the sophistication of the blockchain means the loyalty industry can fine tune to the customer in ways it never could before, across brands and businesses. Loyal industry is worth around 70 billion! Annually. This is why Coval is in an awesome position right now as the first to capitalize on it.

Digital media/things have largely lost their value. The Vocal project aims to tokenize audio so things like ebooks and mp3's can become valuable again in a decentralized zero-trust way. The project will be deeply integrated into the Coval platform utilizing technologies such as Steganography and Watermarking to achieve this goal.

*This is a community started thread to give a place for people to discuss the project, the developers can be contacted on slack. I am not part of the development team but am an interested investor, follower of the project and noob who isn't very technical so don't ask me.  All views welcome but Newbie posts if I deem them to be simply to FUD OR HYPE or just plain pointless and stupid will be deleted. Use your main account not a sock puppet if you have a valid opinion basically.

6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / You've heard all this before.....but. on: July 04, 2016, 04:34:05 PM
There is a million threads on here trying to convince people to buy their shit coin mainly so they can sell as soon as you buy. But I want to give you a heads up on a project that this week will honestly either drop a lot or rise A LOT. The project is Loyyal rebranded from Ribbet rewards, it's a loyalty platform that allows brands to use the blockchain to provide a tailored loyalty program that is unique in the billion dollar loyalty industry.

Just to get a picture how big it's about to get, The government of Dubai, Unilever and Deloitte are clients and partnering with Loyyal. It's about to explode this week because we will know for sure if the conversion to a new blockchain will confirmed and how Ribbet reward tokens will be converted to Loyyal tokens.

If you don't trust me research yourself. All I want is for this to get to the position is deserves to be in, i.e. At least top 20 coin probably top 10 sooner rather than later as a I know it's gonna get there.

7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / [ANN] LOYYAL. The Universal Loyalty and Rewards Platform. on: June 12, 2016, 10:32:49 AM
This is a community started ANN to have a clear meeting point for discussion and news about LOYYAL Universal Loyalty and Rewards Platform. Please don't bother me abut having to update the ANN or give any definitive answers, cause I don't have them, this is just a meeting point as the developers aren't really based here.....but if they decide to make an official ANN I can delete this.

*Zero tolerance for anything that looks and smells like a Troll, criticism if based on fact is welcome and won't be deleted.

9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / The most undervalued project I have ever seen. on: May 16, 2016, 05:36:00 AM
I think its cause of the terrible name Ribbetrewards that its gone under the radar for so long and also the development seems quite drawn out but professional.

It has been rebranded as Loyyal and has massive partners like Deloitte planning to use its platform. The industry of loyalty is supposedly billions every year as companies and stores try to hold onto customers with point cards, airmails etc.

So Loyyal seems like its about to explode as its market cap is only 250,000 dollars now.

There don't have a presence on this forum and are in the real world it seems picking up funding and partners.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=857452.620

they seem active on social media though..

*Disclaimer. Of course I bought some before I posted this....because I think it will go up a lot...thats doesn't mean I'm not sincere.
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Personally I would say Elastic coin looks very suspect. on: May 11, 2016, 06:17:17 PM
I was quite interested in Elastic coin at one point but I think its staring to look really scammy.

I just posted on the thread a few minutes ago to simply ask why they had moved from an unmoderated to a moderated thread and that it looked suspicious. The OP looks like anyone could of thrown together. I also pointed out the HERO level of the developer looks really scammy as they haven't actually posted much and are mainly the usual few word responses you get when you assume someone is building a sock puppet account up to look legit....

I have zero proof apart from them removing my genuine concerns from he thread.....BUT personally I would tread carefully it looks and smells scammy to me honestly.
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Why Gamebet the esports coin is different. on: April 16, 2016, 04:59:18 PM
I'm not hyping I'm just clarifying for people who might not know that Gamebet is real site that has been launched that makes real money allowing betting on Esports and other sporting events. It is I believe a unique market that is going to explode on the next few years and Gamebet will be right at the heart of that development.

The coin is actually a profit share in the company in the same way SIA stock is a share in the actual company profits. This means the coin really has intrinsic value and not based on potential hope that in almost all projects never materializes.

12  Economy / Gambling / Betting on Esports. on: April 15, 2016, 11:49:26 AM
I never knew there was a gambling site on here. Anyway, this new site allows betting with Bitcoin on esports and other mainstream sports. Plus you can trade steam items with the gold and silver tokens you get from your Bitcoin. Enjoy...gonna be a massive business I think and you can buy into the company profits with an alt coin too.

13  Economy / Gambling discussion / Bitcoin ESports betting. on: April 15, 2016, 11:31:46 AM
Anyone interested in Esports betting, buying steam items or straight sport betting with Bitcoin should check out
https://www.gamebet.gg/#

*Yes they did sell stake in the company as Gamebet alt tokens BUT I'm posting as an honest way in the a Bitcoin section to tell people about the actual site which uses Bitcoin converted into gold and silver tokens. The more people use it the richer I get Smiley  Seriously I think this is a massive growth area for gamers to get into Bitcoin. There will be soon a completely revamped UI with streaming games and chat etc but already people are betting and using the site...
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / To my Brazilian friends may I suggest another messenger. on: December 17, 2015, 02:00:28 PM
If you are locked out of Whatsapp and you want a open source messenger don't use Telegram but use Getgems which pays in gems tokens on a daily basis.
