1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / I want to send ETH from exchange to Binance Smart Chain then to erc-20 wallet on: February 06, 2021, 07:37:38 AM
The past two days, Ethereum transaction fee hasn't been friendly and the increasing price of Ethereum is making it worse.
The exchange withdrawal fee (0.005 eth) is high but I noticed Binance Smart Chain is almost zero.

I am trying to make withdrawal using Smart Chain to my Trust wallet Smart Chain address that supports Ether since the address are both the same (BSC and ERC-20 have the same address).
Then make transfer of the Eth back to my normal erc-20 which will be cheaper instead of paying 0.005 eth to exchange directly.

Is this possible and has anyone try it before?
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / DeFi Market circle and future development [EDUCATION] on: October 20, 2020, 02:35:25 PM
There is this excitement exhibit by presale and seed  investors when they get in earlier to purchase their favourite token / coins (altcoins) with a discount enriched with a bonus for believe and soliciting the project when the aim and objectives were pen down.
DeFi was one of the trend that combat the traditional finance system when compound finance ( comp ), Yearn finance made success listing on Binance exchange, followed by the next big decentralized exchange Uniswap, with their tremendous increase in volume and easy access for new projects to make listing without third party as well as liquidity providers from investors. The DeFi buzzword peaked and other developers realized these opportunities which has birth hundreds of finance projects that range from staking, mining, liquidity providers and other new decentralized exchanges. In other to create hype and market manipulation, some developers created a little supply tokens in other to improve demand at all cost.
The primary objective of every investors who bought these tokens were to make at least 2x of their funds, but the road in fulfilling these dreams differs in every trends and projects due to some uncertainty associated with crypto has made many loose fortune.

This beg the question, how do traders and investors who buy tokens at euphoria stage with strong belief that the price will continue to surge move on?
Market happens in circle and when it collapse as unforseen circumstances, it takes time ( long period ) before they bounce back. It has happened to bitcoin, altcoins such as Ada, Ether, XRP and many others which took months before everyone began to buy back at it bottom. Yet, all time high has not been reach as a result of it been a speculative asset and volatility. I know the factors of 2017 ICO isn't similar to DeFi but this turmoil need to be carefully discuss.
The same scenario has happened to DeFi space and currently, some tokens are worthless without volumes, abandoned by developers / teams.

DeFi performance in the last 90 days, do you think DeFi worth it?
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Message to Bounty Managers and Participants on: October 16, 2020, 05:40:43 PM
Yesterday, I bump into this thread, the member was complaining how Bounty cheaters used ones details to register on campaign without their knowledge. This is mostly carried out in social campaigns ( Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn....... and the worst one is Telegram)
I have been a victim of this people and I have complain several times, I don't want to receive a negative trust from DT member, it's difficult to convince them when they sight two addresses participating on a Bounty.
I came across a thread that suggested to give negative trust and feed back when one cheat and used your account details but little did I know that scammers are smart individuals.

The first one I dig into was this Bounty that is currently managed by Wapinter.
I am participating on social Bounty but to my surprise someone already used Bitcointalk (Princejebs) account to registered for Telegram campaign.
Another cheater registered my Alts account (Gurujebs) that has been last seen February to register with different address that's not own by me.
See the images below.

The above image, the cheater used my account to register with his/her own address and Telegram Username.

The image shows my own registration

Another cheater using my Alts to register Bounty. Isn't this a problem for me already, I never registered the first and the last.
Here is link to the spreadsheetclick here
Bounty managers are also responsible for this actions, they failed to used #Proof of Registration for social Bounties because they only care about raising a large community, I mean how can Telegram campaign have  registered participants of 10k in just 3 hour of Bounty launch?
Now, it will be difficult to trace this cheater and it will look funny to give my self negative trust.

Here is another spreadsheet from DEGO concluded campaign, the cheater used my account, I have complained to the manager to delete the second entry, I'm still waiting for the her action.

My entry registration.

Cheater entry.
Link to spreadsheet, click here
There are other spreadsheet I'm still digging and I wouldn't be surprised if I see the same thing.

As suggested on this thread to always look out for this cheaters, Bounty managers should find an alternative way to submit works, provide proof of registration in every campaign. I know how busy it's to be a campaign manager but please don't ignored participants when they complain about multiple registrations.
4  Other / Politics & Society / Jack Tweets in support to #Endsars police brutality in Nigeria, donation in BTC on: October 15, 2020, 09:12:21 AM
There have been a peaceful protest on twitter and different states in Nigeria that has been trending the past few days, the Nigerian youth demand the Government to reform it policing and put an end to police brutality especially the group called #FSARs. It has attracted a lot of international attention including some popular and influencers on Twitter.
Some individuals decide to help and fund the protest by making donation through Flucterwave for provision of lawyers for any unlawful actions by police, food and drinks. The platform was shutdown as soon as they started receiving funds.
In response to that, Jack Dorsey Tweeted to put an end to SARS and adviced to make donations Via BITCOIN instead.
This is why bitcoin exist, no one can temper with your money unless they have access to private key.
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Blindness in DeFi and sheeple to wealth on: October 05, 2020, 08:14:06 AM
DeFi insane yield farming returns has made so many investors become so extravagant and greedy to hardly choose what to buy, when to sell and what pre-sale to bag as early investor.
I know its all about risk, but risk comes with sanity even on quick richness. I wonder if there is free money out there as some traders feed this leach project with unaudit project and anonymous team.
Yesterday, I was scanning through YFMoonshot Telegram group chat and I was flabbergasted how the group was locked with just 3 new unread messages by admin. Unlike the other days when the group chat will be flood with hundreds to thousands of messages.
I knew something was wrong, it was dawned on me when I read the part where hacker had stolen funds out of the YMFS vault contract

Commander Luna:
Hello everyone. As you are all aware, sometime this morning a malicious hacker was able to withdraw funds out of the YFMS vault contract via what we believe was a re-entry exploit. At the moment we are investigating to determine how exactly this occurred so we can ensure it does not happen again.

Hello everyone, the team has decided to reposition the project going forward and we have decided to rebrand the project to LunaCore (LUCR). We will be implementing some of CORE's features into our project going forward and will be reducing the total supply of the new token from 35,000 to 25,000.

The price has plunged so hard and everyone is affected, the sad part( in my opinion) is, many will still buy this swap tokens when trading begins  Embarrassed
A proper research will cause you no harm, there are other projects out there to pick from, not this shitcoins/tokens.
6  Economy / Reputation / Can two accounts promote different signature campaign? on: September 27, 2020, 05:23:27 PM
Rules are here for a reason and they aren't meant to be broken. I know that one is permitted to have more than one account in the forum but i dnt know if its allowed to for each of the account to participate in different Bounty.

For example:
Accounts1 participate in project A signature.
Account2 participate in project B signature campaign.

Ps: Just signature campaign only, not social media or other form of campaigns.
