101  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / LTC address explanation on: August 22, 2020, 04:53:30 AM
There are a few types of LTC address. Some starts with M, some ltc and some with 3. What are the differents between these three? It seems like address starts with M is legacy and the others are the same of segwit. Is this correct?
102  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Bookies with LTC payment on: August 18, 2020, 09:06:58 PM
I am looking for some sport bookies who accept LTC. I know stake.com has LTC enabled. Which are some other bookies who allow gamble with LTC? Recent fee of ETH and BTC is too high to gamble for me as I do small amount of bet.
103  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Which site do you use to get fresh updates on different projects event on: August 18, 2020, 08:59:37 AM
It's an easy way to make money if someone trades based on different event I think. But when I got the news, I can not entry at early point. So, which site do you use to get event update of different projects? Is there any app which can notify you before 15 days of an event? I would like to get all the possible ways to get such event update. Please share which one do you use.
104  Other / Meta / A new thread in other languages section for buying/selling BTC on: August 15, 2020, 02:37:57 AM
I have one active thread in Currency Exchange board where I am currently purchasing BTC for BDT. Since there are a lot of users from our local and some of them may not understand English properly, I think they will have misunderstanding with my terms and that's why I want to create a thread in other languages section as Bengali do not have a seperate board. Basically, it will be almost the same thread as of my English thread, a translation of the English one. Am I allowed to do so?
105  Other / Meta / Lots of my posts are being deleted on: August 14, 2020, 08:56:16 AM
I do not know from where the reports are coming but I imagine someone who recently got banned is trying to report all my posts.
I had one deleted post in May and another in March. I think there is a big gap in between these two deleted posts. On average we can say one post per month getting deleted. But within last weeks after I had reported an user as probable AI, I am having a lot of my old posts deleted. Will I be banned for such deleted posts? May be I had spam posts in the past and they are being deleted now. Will mod consider me as spammer? Just saying, some of my deleted posts are not spam at all. They were on topic, not repetitive and of course something new which no one added before my post.
106  Economy / Services / Looking for bot to edit forum post on: August 06, 2020, 03:13:49 AM
I am buying BTC in our local through this post- https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5251387.0
If you check this post, you will see that I change the price regularly. When BTC price pumped, I will lower the BDT price per USD. When BTC price dump, I will increase the BDT price per USD. How can this be done automatically? May be a bot?
What the bot will do is track BTC price and according to the BTC price, it will update the BDT/USD rate. I will give the price range. Moreover, a daily bump on certain time of the day.
If you can, please PM me here or contact me through telegram- @LT_Mouse
Make sure to write "LT_Mouse bot" in the subject of the PM.
107  Other / Meta / Double posting of a thread on: August 04, 2020, 02:38:56 AM
LFC_bitcoin has posted this on meta- https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5266445.0
And posted the same message on Beginners and Help also. Purpose of creating thread on both board is good, it will help members to be secured. But is this allowed in the forum? Double posting a thread? I am asking this as general, nothing to do with LFC_bitcoin here, no offense to LFC_bitcoin.
108  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Network fee is killing my small profit on: August 01, 2020, 01:08:10 AM
I have started to buy BTC and sell them in a higher price (in BDT). For example, imagine I have purchased $100 worth  of BTC @86BDT per USD and sold them instantly @87BDT per USD. This is a good business even if you take 1BDT per USD profit. I was having some good profits each day.
But now after the fee has increased, it has been impossible to get profit. There's a transaction cost which I can not avoid and it is very high. I trade small amount like $50 even (To make a strong hub). In such cases, I have no profit almost unless I'm dealing $300 or over. That's a pain to pay such fee but I have no way because I do not make a bad relation with buyers and sellers.
109  Economy / Reputation / Can I create a flag for this user? on: July 28, 2020, 01:35:47 AM
An user is using fake vouch to sell ebook. If you check this- https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5203763.0, you will see that a lot of newbies with only 1 post is vpuching OP as a good seller which I doubt because all the newbies have only 1 post and the post is in the OP's thread.
Now, will it be a good idea to create a flag type 1 so that no one get scammed through his fake vouching?
110  Economy / Service Discussion / Have anyone used bot to exchange BTC? on: July 24, 2020, 02:52:26 AM
You may know that crypto is illegal here in my country. Which is a big resistance for us to buy/sell bitcoin. But now I have planned to start buy/sell through a telegram bot since it will be easier for me and I will be able to reach wide range of people.
I just want to hear your opinion. Have you used such a bot to buy or sell your BTC? Or have you been a dealer and continued buying/sellling with such a bot? I need to hear some experience so that I can face problems. An example of such bot:
111  Other / Meta / Punishment for rule breaking on: July 23, 2020, 02:08:41 AM
The following rules are broken all the time by some users, sometimes high profile user.
1. Refferal link
2. Bump

When such cases are reported, moderator/admin delete the post. But since they are breaking rules, may be it is minor, if there is no punishment, I think they will abuse the system. I am not talking about anyone particularly. There are high profile users who are very active in the forum, in meta board also. Do not you think they know the above two rules? Ban of referral link sharing is common sense, moreovwr anyone spending two/three months should know the rules. "Bumps are limited to 24 hours." This is also matter of common sense, also this is practiced in most of the forums.
In my opinion, there should be minor punishment for breaking such rules. Orherwise, high profile users will continue there rule breaking strategy by impersonating as unfamiliar with such rules.
112  Economy / Services / Need telegram bot on: July 21, 2020, 02:44:13 AM
I am looking for developing a bot which will help me to buy and sell BTC, ETH, LTC, USDT with BDT. The menu will be very simple. Details will be shared through PM.
If anyone can help me build this for a cheaper price, please PM me with your price and your telegram account. I will not answer any direct PM to my telegram may be. PM me here with your telegram first.
113  Other / Meta / Is this account a bot? on: July 20, 2020, 03:51:18 AM
Yesterday I have seen one post on AI making post which looks very natural. I think I just saw an AI posting here with low configuration  Cheesy

My thread-
We used to know crypto is very much convenient mean to transfer money one place to another. We can do the tx within seconds. I would like to see who is using this convenient method to transfer money and how much are they transferring at once. If you know any of biggest transaction, list of biggest transactions, please share here. Institutional txs should not be counted I think, like exchange internal tx or other services tx.

A reply-
I am only using the local wallet on our country which is the coins, I can say that I am contented with this kind of wallet because I can use it faster and secured for some of my online transactions, this is also good for investment purposes which is what I really like because aside of saving your money on your wallet you are also making it profitable, the fees investing is not that big so you will love it once you have tried it. One thing that I want to add on our local wallet is the feature of having trading, I know that I am not good with that but it would be a great move for all the bitcoin users in our country.

The above quoted user is a full member with 58 earned merit. Read my thread and the reply of the above quoted person. He has talked nothing related to the thread. Is this a human written post? His other posts are not such worst although.
114  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Biggest transaction with bitcoin on: July 20, 2020, 02:57:30 AM

115  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Reason of recent high fee- Twitter API hack on: July 16, 2020, 02:49:56 AM
I have been buying btc in local on a regular basis and sell them instantly for a short profit (profit in term of BDT). But now it has been a pain that fee has been increased significantly and the part of my profit has decreased a lot.
Anyway, is twitter API compromise the reason of recent high fee as people had so many tx?
116  Other / Meta / Is counter feedback a good solution? on: July 11, 2020, 02:13:37 AM
Before the new Default Trust system, if anyone received negative feedback, I saw some people used to gave counter positive feedback if they thought the negative feedback was not correct. As a result, the feedback score would change from Orange (Negative) to Green although the user have negative feedback.
But now, after the system change, negative remains Orange. No matter how much positive the user got. So, a counter positive feedback in response to a positive feedback does actually nothing. What is your opinion? Is counter feedback a good solution although it does not work anymore?
117  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Do not participate in non reputed bounty managers campaign on: July 07, 2020, 05:42:50 AM
Some bounty managers are directly involved with scam projects. They themselves build a website, run bounty here and scam investors money while promoters receive nothing. Kakatua is one of examples. So, it is always better to only participate in campaigns which is managed by reputed campaign managers like Yahoo, Hhampuz. Remember, it is better to join one campaign a year than hundreds in a month.
118  Economy / Reputation / Merit begging or complain on: July 05, 2020, 04:30:59 AM
I have responded this user in a thread of bitcoin discussion and instantly after the response, I received the following PM from him. He is looking for merit, but indirectly.
Bitcoin is one of the best platforms in the world. I've been working there for a long time, but I didn't get a merit.😥
Would you say this begging for merits? However, I have checked his post to merit but got nothing.
119  Economy / Reputation / Bitcoin Interest Accounts on: June 26, 2020, 01:23:19 AM
SteveSats is offering bitcoin interest account which gives 8.9% interest a year. Here is the quoted message-
I have over 60 Bitcoin interest accounts that have been KYC verified (currently 38 in use). We keep the balance of each account under 10 bitcoin so we can get the highest possible interest rate. Interest on BTC, ETH or GUSD is 8.9% a year, but if balance is rolled over compounding brings each account yield to over 10% a year in interest. Payouts are the first business day of each month. No minimum lockup. If you would like to place more than 10 bitcoin we will splice across multiple accounts for you to ensure a high yield. Get in touch on telegram for more info: @SteveSats

I think DT must tag this person so that no one fall in his scam method. What about creating a flag? Should I create a flag for this?
I see there is a flag created by someone else but it was directing to Steve thread.  That's why I have created new one- https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;flag=2092
120  Other / Beginners & Help / Bitcoin address with 31 characters on: June 23, 2020, 04:16:45 AM
Usually, most addresses are formed with 34 characters but today from this post- https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5257277.msg54667420#msg54667420, I knew that there is one address with 31 characters. After that, I searched on web and got that an address can be even 26 characters.
When an address can be shorter and how is it possible to generate a shorter address?
