1  Economy / Reputation / Fake Dutch translator: Adeel06 on: March 23, 2019, 04:09:57 PM
I hereby accuse Adeel06 of falsely presenting himself as a Dutch translator, cheating various bounty campaigns.

Below are a few links where he presents himself as a Dutch translator:
1) http://archive.is/ZeGLy
2) http://archive.is/01hIA
3) http://archive.is/deuMy

In link (1) he refers to his portfolio at https://docs.google.com/document/d/1yH6H4R2do1WSBLYbeT0XGcwmhsq0vOExb3MXmsZh0e8/edit

Screenshot of the portfolio:

Let us analyze some of his references.

1) The first image shows World Economic Forum, Technology Pioneers 2018, and refers to the Dutch Horizon State whitepaper. However the Horizon State bounty spreadsheet shows that this translation was done by Fabsquire
2) The second image shows IndaHash and refers to the Dutch IndaHash whitepaper.. However the opening post of the IndaHash bounty thread shows that the Dutch translation was reserved by Fabsquire
3) The third image shows GidCoin and refers to the Dutch GidCoin whitepaper. However the GidCoin bounty spreadsheet shows that this translation was done by Arrrvin.
4) Fourth in a row: The Dutch R_Block whitepaper which according to their bounty spreadsheet was translated by Fabsquire.
5) Fifth: Dutch LanceChain whitepaper , according to the bounty spreadsheet translated by Arrrvin.
6) Dutch Datareum whitepaper, according to the bounty spreadsheet it was translated by Fabsquire.
7) Dutch Sintez whitepaper was according to the bounty spreadsheet translated by Fabsquire.
8 ) Dutch Tavitt whitepaper according to the bounty spreadsheet translated by Arrrvin.
9) The Dutch Investa whitepaper was according to the bounty spreadsheet translated by Laning.Translator.
10) The Dutch IP Gold whitepaper I could not retrieve, but given the above cases it is safe to say that this whitepaper was not translated by Adeel06.

I request DT members to tag Adeel06 for trying to cheat various bounty campaigns by presenting a fake portfolio.
2  Economy / Reputation / Fake Dutch translator: mitterman on: December 03, 2018, 09:02:30 PM
Introduction

I hereby accuse mitterman of cheating various projects as a Dutch bounty translator by delivering extremely lousy Dutch translations. He has not used Google translator (which I checked) but I highly suspect him to have used another automated translator because his Dutch translations are often unreadable to Dutch speakers.

Proof 1

At http://archive.is/A6CFy mitterman refers to his portfolio at https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1cP40G_CGFVkfQozKCu8M9pEdHcyiJV1XoWFTBc4PehY. At http://archive.is/sA5jh we see that he translated the Wugt whitepaper into Dutch, which can be viewed at https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Mr1nNkhA5tvtlaDRy6Ki6bnXXOelz21a/view

At page 3 (see screenshot at https://imgur.com/w4Cj7vV ) we read:

Quote from: mitterman
Over het algemeen, de game-industrie heeft meer dan 1 miljard gebruikers, die het maken van enorme inkomsten voor ontwikkelaars en auteurs (meer dan 100 miljard. US dollar per jaar).

This is not a proper Dutch sentence, as any Dutch speaking person can confirm.

At the same page we read:

Quote from: mitterman
WUGT (valuta) zal worden gebruikt om een computer en mobiele online games, gaming platforms, e-held sporttoernooien en gaming services rond te schaffen.

An expression like “rond te schaffen” does not exist in Dutch. The words considered individually are Dutch, but their combination results in a ridiculous expression.

At the same page we read:

Quote from: mitterman
Wij bieden een systeem waarmee eigenaren over te dragen met gemak WUGT door middel van mobiele applicaties aan een tak, die wordt ondersteund door de token.

Again; this is not a proper Dutch sentence. In fact for any Dutch speaking person this sentence will sound as utter nonsense.

This is only one page of this whitepaper. All his translations are full of such ridiculous sentence constructions. To highlight every single fault is not possible, therefore I only highlighted a few examples.

Proof 2

At his trust summary we see that mitterman has recently woke up from a long period of inactivity, that he recently changed his email address and also that recently his password was changed:

https://imgur.com/XuZJ3j0
https://bpip.org/profile.aspx?p=mitterman

We also see that initially he has been posting in the Russian section. It is thus very unlikely that mitterman is Dutch.

Probably the owner of the account bought the account in order to cheat translation bounty campaigns, whereby he chose to falsely present himself as a Dutch translator. That he is not a proper Dutch translator has been proven above.

Confirmation

I request native Dutch speakers to read some of mitterman’s Dutch translations so it can be confirmed for non Dutch speaking DT members that mitterman is a bounty translation cheater.
3  Economy / Reputation / Dutch translator SuperBuG used Google Translate on: October 27, 2018, 02:02:00 PM
SuperBuG used Google translate to translate the Celestial ANN

Original Celestial ANN: http://archive.is/HgQd5
Dutch translation: http://archive.is/xz93u

Diff checker:

The English 'pool' even got translated into 'zwembad', which is the Dutch translation for 'swimming pool'. That hilarious example shows why for translations we should not rely on Google Translate.

SuperBuG has been using (exclusively) Google Translate for his Dutch translation of the Aiki Coin project.

Original English ANN thread: http://archive.is/TJqgU
Google translated Dutch ANN thread: http://archive.is/Ln8bm

Proof of use of Google Translate through Diff Checker (left the Dutch translation by Google Translate, right the Dutch translation by SuperBuG):
