Like it's described in couple of previews posts this scammers using social engineering to fool people and take their bitcoins.

If someone contact you on Discord,Telegram etc. asking to help him to withdraw funds from some exchange do NOT trust, you 'll be scammed! They have story and social engineering skills (probably from experience) to make people believe that they really need help and are ready to pay high percent.
Think twice, some stranger contact you and want to give you $500, why anyone would do that. This is example how they contact people:

Due to EU adopts rules to reduce anonymity for crypto users 15 May 2018, we were forced to reduce the number of bots and after the exchange system. Your balance has been frozen until you make a deposit. Need to make a Deposit in the amount of 0 / 0.01 BTC. If you are victim you 'll send 0.01 BTC. If you try to withdraw again suddenly it's not enough, THEY WANT MORE:

After all that guy wanted more and contacted me from another account. After I told him I know the truth he blocked me.
