Me acabo de enontrar esta gran noticia que, la verdad para los chilenos debe ser un gran logro en cuanto a la delincuencia cripto o narco, la noticia dicta lo siguiente: En un operativo de la policía chilena fue confiscada una granja de 10 mineros de Bitcoin que operaban en un escondite de un grupo de narcotraficantes. Esta noticia me pareció muy alentadora; honestamente noticias de este nivel, demuestran la adaptabilidad y amplitud de los esfuerzos policiales en la lucha contra la actividad ilegal. Es alentador ver al gobierno tomando medidas proactivas para encontrar y cerrar estas empresas criminales que abusan de su "poder ilegal". Segun la fuente: Se trata de un hecho inédito, nunca antes visto en Chile, dicen las autoridades. La verdad es que el hecho de que las autoridades chilenas hayan tomado el control de una granja minera de Bitcoin que operaba dentro de un escondite del narcotráfico es algo que de verdad es interesante. Demuestra cómo las tecnologías de vanguardia, como las criptomonedas y la minería de Bitcoin, se utilizan en contextos criminales de maneras cada vez más creativas. Segun Eduardo Gatica, quien es el jefe de la brigada antinarcoticos: "Es la primera vez que se vincula de manera tan directa el tráfico de drogas con la minería de criptomonedas. Esto no había ocurrido antes en el país” En mi opinion, esta situación destaca la importancia de una regulación efectiva y una supervisión adecuada en el espacio de las criptomonedas para prevenir su mal uso y proteger a la sociedad de actividades delictivas. Acabo de encontrarme con una noticia un tanto interesante la cual indica lo siguiente: Binance.US ofrece Bitcoin y Ethereum a precios más bajos. Los descuentos solo aplican para operaciones contra USD, cuyos depósitos están suspendidos desde junio. El 9 de julio, varios criptousuarios comenzaron a notar una creciente discrepancia de precios entre las criptomonedas que cotizan en el Exchange de criptomonedas de Estados Unidos y sus precios globales al contado, y muchos lo llamaron una "desvinculación" de las criptomonedas. Como se ve en el gráfico anterior, está claro que Bitcoin se cotiza actualmente a un precio de $27 536, lo que representa un descuento de alrededor del 8,5 por ciento del precio spot actual del dólar, que se establece en USD 30 106. El mismo razonamiento llevó a los inversores a expresar la opinión de que las criptomonedas se están " desvinculando". Esta frase, en mi opinión, se toma en consideración, al menos en este caso, debido a la notable discrepancia entre los precios que se ven en la bolsa y los precios al contado en todo el mundo. El problema es que los usuarios de Binance.US no han podido depositar nuevos USD en la plataforma desde el 9 de junio, cuando se suspendió esta opción. Bien…En mi opinión y punto de vista, es bastante restrictivo que los descuentos solo se apliquen cuando una criptomoneda se negocie en el intercambio frente al dólar estadounidense (USD), sin mencionar la suspensión de los depósitos en USD. desde junio. considerando que, para beneficiarse de los descuentos, los usuarios sólo podrán utilizar los fondos que tuvieran en su cuenta a la fecha anterior. Esto a mi parecer crea una gran desigualdad entre los inversores interesados, ya que la mayoría no podrán aprovechar dicho beneficio, porque aquellos que no teníamos suficientes fondos en USD o simplemente no tenían antes de la suspensión, se ven excluidos de la oportunidad de comprar criptomonedas a precios más bajos. Además, que también existe el temor de que Binance.US pueda suspender las retiradas de USD en el futuro (lo cual lo único que ha ocasionado es que los llevado los usuarios a vendan sus criptomonedas por debajo del valor de mercado para evitar quedar atrapados con posiciones en USD). Sinceramente pienso que la situación que se presenta genera un sentimiento de frustración y desconfianza en la plataforma, ya que da la impresión de que los usuarios están siendo restringidos en su capacidad de aprovechar las oportunidades disponibles. Sería favorable que Binance.US encuentre una solución que permita a todos los inversores beneficiarse de los descuentos sin imponer restricciones excesivas, promoviendo así la equidad y la transparencia en el intercambio de criptomonedas. El Salvador introdujo el BTC como moneda de curso legal el 7 de septiembre de 2021, cuando su precio de mercado rondaba los $50.000. En Europa hay falta de consenso para la regulación de stablecoins con el proyecto de Ley MiCA.
El uso creciente de stablecoins o criptomonedas estables en todo el mundo está llamando la atención de las autoridades, provocando que muchos gobiernos avancen en la decisión de crear normativas que las regulen. Antes de avanzar, es importante dejar claro que las stablecoins son tokens emitidos en blockchains cuyo valor mantiene paridad con un activo subyacente que, generalmente, es el dólar estadounidense. Investigando me encontre con que ante el desplome de UST, la secretaria del Departamento del Tesoro de Estados Unidos, Janet Yellen, ha dicho que es urgente establecer una regulación para stablecoins. De acuerdo a CoinGecko, la capitalización del mercado global las stablecoins es de USD 155 mil millones, con USD Tether (USDT) a la cabeza. Según una publicación hecha en Bloomberg, a finales de la semana pasada el parlamento de Japón aprobó un proyecto de ley que busca regular las stablecoins, convirtiendo al país en una las economías más importantes del mundo que aprueba una regulación para este tipo de criptomonedas. Cabe acotar que existen tres categorías de stablecoins: las colateralizadas por dinero fíat, las colateralizadas por otras criptomonedas y las que no tienen colateral. Un Informe publicado recientemente, el cual evalúa el nivel de adopción de las nuevas tecnologías (incluyendo los pagos digitales con criptomonedas) entre las diferentes generaciones a nivel global. Bajo el título “Evaluación comparativa sobre la transformación del mundo digital”, a partir de esta investigación se elaboró un “índice de Economía Conectada”. Estuve leyendo y según dicho informe nos dice que las personas que oscilan entre los 40 años de edad en adelante son muy pocos los que hacen uso de las criptomonenas ya sea por falta de interés o en su defecto por falta de conocimiento, ya que como todos sabemos “esto es un método de pago relativamente nuevo” o al menos nuevo para estas personas que están enfocadas a lo que vienen viendo desde hace años, un medio de pago tradicional (bancos, tarjetas de crédito o débito, billetes, monedas y entre otros). Cabe destacar que esto no está sucediendo en todo el mundo: En Singapur y España los mayores de 40 años se interesan más por nuevas tecnologías como Bitcoin. En Estados Unidos y Japón es donde hay menor interés de los adultos mayores por los pagos digitales. En la presente grafica podemos denotar en que países se está llevando a cabo más movimiento de pagos digitales. Entonces en pocas palabras este porcentaje de personas de edad avanzada ha obstaculizado él tema de desarrollo económico, pero no es culpa de ellos como tal ya que hay que pensar en estos y no enfocarnos solo en nosotros. ¿Cómo podemos avanzar sin dejar a alguien atrás? Es un poco complicado pero no imposible, hace un buen tiempo leí un post en el que se titulaba como “le enseñarían Bitcoin a sus padres”, no recuerdo muy bien y pues algo así es lo que se deberíamos hacer ya que estas personas los detiene la falta de conocimiento del tema. Puesto que en esa misma encuesta se demostró que hay más actividad en cuestión de pagos digitales en todo el mundo por aquellas personas conocidas como “millennials o generación Z” siendo estos las personas que nacieron cuando había mucha más actividad tecnológica… ¿Qué otra solución podríamos aplicar en este caso? Actualmente se está presentando algo conocido como “cripto Invierno” que básicamente a este se le denomina así Cuando los precios caen sin ninguna recuperación a la vista durante más de un año. Esta problemática ha generado abundantes despidos a nivel mundial en distintas empresas. O en otras palabras: Las turbulencias del mercado de las divisas digitales están desembocando en despidos, problemas en la operativa y sonadas caídas en los principales activos. En el mundillo, se llama cripto invierno a los descensos sobrevenidos en el precio de las cotizaciones y a la escasa perspectiva de recuperación a la vista. El anterior sucedió a principios de 2018, cuando prácticamente todo el mundo conoció al bitcoin y duró, prácticamente, un año. Ahora las circunstancias han cambiado. Aunque según analistas sostienen la idea de que Estados Unidos ya se encuentra en una recesión. En donde esta podría ser incluso peor que la del 2008. Puesto que los mercados no veían aun la posibilidad de una crisis financiera o como en este caso “cripto invierno”… Pero termino siendo todo lo contrario ya que en esta última semana no se hicieron esperar y estas empresas, compañías o exchanges iniciaron una ola despidos. La última compañía relacionada con el mundo cripto que ha anunciado medidas en el mundo real ha sido Coinbase. Una de las principales plataformas de intercambios de criptodivisas en EEUU ha realizado un recorte de plantilla del 18%, alrededor de 1.100 despidos. Tras el recorte, el número de trabajadores de la empresa se situará en 5.000 empleados. Las acciones de la compañía caen cerca de un 5%. La firma debutó en abril del año pasado a un precio de 381 dólares y ahora apenas llega a los 50 dólares. Ayer llegó a caer hasta un 20%. Sin duda alguna es un duro golpe esta problemática para aquellos trabajadores e inversionistas pero se destaca el hecho de que debemos tener en cuenta la volatilidad del mercado de las criptomonedas. Ya que un aumento de las tasas de interés puede comprometer el mercado y todo esto sin hacer mención de la caída de TerraLuna y la desvinculación de la stablecoin. Quiero hablar un poco sobre una noticia que acabo de leer y es sobre la comunidad Nostravision. En el que hace poco informaron que van a realizar un congreso benéfico online para promover la formación educativa en tecnología Blockchain. La comunidad inversionista “NostraVision” llevará a cabo el próximo 18 y 19 de junio un acto benéfico online que lleva por nombre “NostraCongress” con el objetivo de fomentar la educación en criptomonedas y tecnología blockchain. Para entrar un poco más en materia, dicha “compañía” consiste en un grupo de empresarios, inversionistas, trading y cómo podemos observar también encargados en analizar, impulsar o informar todo sobre el mundo criptográfico. Cabe destacar que dicho evento será gratuito o al menos eso tengo entendido, no solo con el objetivo de impulsar este mundo sino que con la finalidad de recaudar fondos para el Hospital Sant Joan de Déu de Barcelona, para el beneficio de todos aquellos niños con cáncer (cáncer infantil). En dado caso de este no ser gratis, supongo que ese evento online tendría un pago que sería la donación . En lo personal esta noticia me llamo mucho la atención ya que denotamos que cada día que pasa las criptomonedas está siendo aceptada por empresas y la sociedad, estos las ven como otro medio confiable para inversiones, en este caso para compra o venta de inmuebles. El 5 de mayo se informó que una propiedad en Braga, Portugal, se vendió exclusivamente sobre la base de Bitcoin ( BTC ), sin que se realizara ninguna conversión a euros. Con este acuerdo, el negocio inmobiliario habrá sido el primero de su tipo. Zome anunció el desarrollo en una publicación de Facebook , enfatizando que la empresa está "en primera línea" en lo que respecta a la tecnología Web3 y la adopción de criptomonedas. Las entidades dirigentes de la empresa inmobiliaria comentaron: “Esta escritura representa un hito histórico, la transferencia de un activo digital a un activo físico, una casa, sin ninguna conversión a euros. ¡Creemos que hoy se abre un nuevo mundo de posibles negocios en bienes raíces!”. El Banco Central de Cuba estableció, el martes 26 de abril, cuáles son los documentos que deben presentar las personas naturales, o jurídicas, para obtener una licencia como proveedores de servicios de activos virtuales (exchanges o casas de cambio). En la Gaceta Oficial ordinaria número 43, la institución financiera nombra hasta 10 registros o validaciones para considerar las solicitudes. Como primer paso, los interesados deben emitir un escrito formalizando la petición al banco central. En este documento debe detallarse la propuesta de negocio con descripción del modelo de operación y «activos virtuales (como bitcoin) que propone, plataforma y estándar criptográfico que utiliza».  En mi caso he podido denotar que últimamente distintos países van relacionándose con las monedas digitales, ya que ven que esta tiene un gran futuro para su economía y sobre todo para la de sus ciudadanos, distintos países inician por este primer paso que es la regulación de uso de estos cryptoactivos. En este casi pues se puede observar que para los ciudadanos no les queda muy fácil que digamos ya que tienen que presentar ciertos requisitos un poco tediosos para tan solo tener una licencia para el uso de estas ( por lo que ley esta hay que renovarla cada cierto tiempo, según entendí).
