 A lot of thread has being made as to regards how to merit, ranking and so on. Most times I go through a newbie thread as to regards issues(either whining some thing)  about the forum I can sense confusion, inferiority complex, indecision in every letter.  So many wonder why would they as newbie make a post and not get any reward while a higher rank member makes it and get well it's has to do with intentions. When you have a good intention you would receive admiration form most here.

  Surviving in a forum can be simple and easy. Why not employ this steps

1. Understand forum rules and stick to it.
2. Be original and simple
3.  Always see the positive side even in a negative situation
4.  Be opened to learning
5.  Have a good communication skills- you don't necessarily need to be the best in English just a good communication skills is good
6.  Respect your superior- that's not to say you should be an ass liker no one love those set of people just a healthy respect is ok
7. Always admit when you are wrong- no one is perfect and above errors but you can only take corrections when you admit that
8.  Avoid bad click and gang- there are some click, group or gang that are in this forum that are here to do evil like selling of merit, defrauding etc if you ever get contacted by them show them the door.
9.  Be ready to research- this you must be ready to do, no one is a dull brain absolutely no one be ready to read about cryptocurrency and if you not the reading type there are videos you can watch, just do a research.
10. Never get discouraged- your zeal should be at a high level never waving. Keep you eyes on the goal at do it the right and legal way.
11. Work for the good of the forum- anytime you notice an illegal practice by any one don't just turn away like you don't care push the report button. The forum is for everyone of us.
12. Avoid envy and discontentment- this is the major reason why most newbies complain about the merit system being unfair. When you get this out of your Mind then and only then can you rise
13. Find a mentor- you don't necessarily have to contact the person all you have to do is know that figure which you can admire and aspire to be like. Avoid plagiarising there post just follow there footstep
14. Don't be quick to judge- always keep your emotions is check don't let it control you. You will most likely get things twisted if you do
15. Don't be afraid to try- like it is said If you don't buy the ticket you can't win the lottery. So why not give it a try that's after you must have come up with something good.

With the currency power tousle among top countries and the issue of which currency should be the standard value of commodities..
  With issues such as china trading battle with the US which was felt globally. China invariably stopped  unpegged the value of its yuan to dollar.  This and other financial, economical and share egoistic battle among big guns makes it hard for a centralized currency to be acceptable globally.

  The decentralized system.
What is a decentralized system? This is simply defined as the system that is not under the regulations of any government, bodies or entity.

Bitcoin been centralized is unique from other currencies of the world and it tackles the issues of other currency

What are this issues other currency has not successful felt with?
 The following issue are just faced by currency globally
And how bitcoin can tackle it

1. Inflation. Is the rise is commodity and service brought about by the fall in currency. Most currencies especially those of developing countries has been facing this challenge and can result to low standard of living in that nation. Although the prices of bitcoin and altcoin pumps and dumps some times it is does not vary directly with the economy of any country unlike other currency

*tranfers.. Take for example you come from a developing country and you went out in search for green pastures. Sending money(traditional currencies)  back to your country poses as a challenge even with modern means like pay pal or western union, it either takes time or it has high cost. Bitcoin which allows a fast easy and cheap peer to peer transcation From any location globally has overcome that hurdle.

*Security issues and identity theft.  Using other currency you are subjected to safe it in a bank of financial system this system which is not in your personal control there are some times the government can freeze your asset buy that's not with bitcoin you safe your bitcoin into a wallet you are in person control of. No other party can freeze your asset and your identity are only known to you and who you disclose it to.

Although is hard or might be impossible for bitcoin to become the global currency because
*its not a legal tender
*its based on technology and some individuals and countries are not technically advanced
*its goes against some countries believe
*its prevents corruption and some countries are not down with that

It's will really server a very good purpose in future times to come and I must say I am lucky to be a crypto enthusiast

So many noobs has not really found the major aim of being here,  if the have it's quite ambiguous or earning focused.
 
Firstly let define the meaning of forum
 According to the dictionary a forum is defined as a place where people can exchange opinion and ideas on a particular issue; a meeting organised for this purpose

This forum was set up majorly for individual from around the world to get together and exchange knowledge about cryptocurrency and trading related issues But some has coming in here an bastardise that aim.

It's time we all get our act straight and actually understand our aim here. I am not against earning infact truth be told that is an additional advantage of the forum. But once you have a wrong foundation as a noob here you will end up not gaining both knowledge wise and financial wise as well

There is more to this forum other than participating in bounty and the likes of them.  You can learn about mining, trading economics and more this that if we'll understood will set you on the right part rather than the few dollars bounty and airdrops has to offer

As a new bie we all need to try to expand our horizons and be open minded always stick to forum rules, and be original.you might have come in here with little or no knowledge but you can develop and work on them.

Go through the threads for achieve post that can come in handy for the future. There are alot of experience folks here that are ready to guide any one but you have to show interest "you can only take a horse to the river but can force it to drink water"

PS. Understand you major aim here and make sure it's the right one, work toward you mental development and you gain both financially and knowledge wise there by impacting the forum community positively

 One biggest joy of the cryptocurrency world is it been decentralized and not under any regulations from external bodies like SEC or any governmental bodies. The cryptocurrency decentralisation is good and also bad. 
 
We have seen so many scam ico taking advantage of investors and also bounty hunters the easy at which some dick And Harry can just wake up and create a token claiming that it is the answer to the problem of a particular sector be it health, law or even movie is not so good. 

More and more ico are organised with over 80% percent being a scam and a good part of the other 20% just end up shitty

Not alone is this issue peculiar to ico also exchanges other than their being scam exchanges that defraud people of there properties also the real or would I say available exchanges can just be free to get away when ever they have been attacked by theft and hackers with out giving any compassion to its affected customers

My question is if there are regulations that will be in place to bring law and order in this section of cryptocurrency will that make crypto centralized?

 Well from my own perspective I would say no.  I don't think you can make crypto centralized by make this necessary regulations. A lot of people are losing money and much more as a result of the activities of some fraudulent people.

It's time the cryptocurrency world set up an internal regulations that will protect enthusiast to an extent because no one can complete eradicate crime  but if there are measure put in place and also punishment for those found guilty it will restrict other from going the same lane.

PS. The safety of cryptocurrency will encourage the growth and wide spread of cryptocurrency
