في خبر تتداوله جميع وسائل الاعلام منذ يومين، أبلغت منصة بينانس عملاءها في الاتحاد الأوروبي أنها ستتوقف عن تقديم الخدمات لهم اعتبارا من الأسبوع المقبل بتاريخ 01 جويلية القادم، بعد ان قررت سحب طلبها للحصول على ترخيص أوروبي عبر السلطات اليونانية قبل صدور قرار الرفض رسميا كي يتسنى للمنصة تقديم طلب ترخيص نشاط من دولة اخرى.. يأتي ذلك في وقت تقترب فيه المهلة النهائية التي حددها الاتحاد الأوروبي لتطبيق لائحة تنظيم أسواق الأصول المشفرة التي تلزم جميع شركات الأصول الرقمية بالحصول على ترخيص رسمي قبل 01 جويلية و إلا ستواجه عقوبات تنظيمية. هذا و قد أكدت المنصة في تصريح لاحدى الشبكات الاخبارية بأنها ستعيد المحاولة للحصول على ترخيص عبر فرنسا.

الاعلان أثار موجة استياء كبيرة بين المستخدمين لانهم سيصبحون ممنوعين من التمتع بخدمات تعودوا عليها منذ سنوات. في نفس الوقت الذي استغلت فيه منصات منافسة الفرصة لاقتسام الكعكة الاربية لوحدهم دون العملاق بينانس. المستخدمون داخل دول الاتحاد الأوربي مدعوون لسحب أصولهم تجنبا لأي عقوبات قد تطال مدخراتهم بعد دخول قرارات MICA (الهيئة التنظيمية الأوربية للأصول الرقمية) حيز التنفيذ.

من الجدير بالذكر أنه بالرغم من التحديات التنظيمية والقانونية المتتالية التي تطال منصة بينانس منذ تأسيسها خصوصا داخل مجال دول الاتحاد الأوربي، لا تزال بينانس تحتفظ بمكانتها كأكبر منصة لتداول العملات المشفرة في العالم حاليا. لكن هذا طبعا لا يلغي أن نجاحها في الحصول على ترخيص أوروبي جديد سيبقى عاملا حاسما في الحفاظ على وجودها داخل الاتحاد الأوربي الذي هو  أحد أكبر أسواق الأصول الرقمية في العالم.

أظن الجميع سمع مؤخرا بمجلس السلام لغزة الذي أنشأه الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترامب و الذي هو عبارة عن مشروع هيئة ادارية انتقالية ذات تمثيل قانوني دولي لتتولى وضع اطار العمل و تنسيق التمويل لاعادة تنمية القطاع المتضرر من العدوات الاسرائيلي طيلة الحرب الأخيرة.

صحيفة الفاينانشيال تايمز الأمريكية نشرت اليوم مقالا نقلا عن عن مصادر مطلعة من داخل المجلس ان مسؤولين في ذات المجلس يبحثون امكانية اطلاق عملة مشفرة مستقرة stablecoin في قطاع غزة في محاولة لاعادة تشكيل اقتصاد القطاع بعد ان دمرته الحرب.

حسب التقرير فان دراسة المشروع تأتي ضمن اطار توفير بنية تحتية للمدفوعات في القطاع بما ان القطاع المصرفي قد تضرر بشكل شبه كامل خلال الحرب و لم يعد بالامكان التعويل عليه في مشاريع اعادة الاعمار التي من المزمع ان يشرف عليها "مجلس السلام". كما ان العملة ستكون مرتبطة بالدولار و مدعومة بميزانية ضخمة متوفرة من التمويلات المخصصة للقطاع و التي بلغت 17 مليار دولار. مشروع عملة مستقرة في القطاع يأتي أيضا ضمن خطة استراتيجية تهدف الى الضغط على القدرات المالية لحركات حماس و شل حركتها المالية بالكامل بما انه سيكون بالامكان رصد حركة الاموال داخل الشبكة و تتبع الانشطة المالية للغزاويين.

الصحيفة ذكرت ايضا ان شركات فلسطينية و خليجية لها خبرات في العملات المشفرة ستدعم المشروع بالاضافة الى احد رجال الاعمال الاسرائيليين يدعى ليران تانكمان الذي يقود الجهود الحالية على ما يبدو لتطبيق خطة العملة المشفرة المستقرة في غزة اذ يعمل حاليا كمستشار متطوع في مجلس السلام.

حسب رأيكم كيف يمكن التعاطي مع هذا الخبر؟ هل هو تقدم ايجابي في اتساع رقعة الاستخدامات للعملات المشفرة دون المساس بالمركزية كجوهر للمعاملات وفق الانظمة العالمية الحالية؟ ام هو توظيف سيئ للتكنولوجيا البلوكشين تجاوزت حدود المركزية لتصبح اداة في يد السياسيين لتطبيق اجنداتهم الايديولوجية؟

تفاجأ العالم منذ يومين بضربة عسكرية على فنزويلا وسط أمريكا اللاتينية تقودها الولايات المتحدة. الهجوم تم تنفيذه ب150 طائرة تمكنت من خلالها قوات خاصة من اختطاف رئيس فنزويلا نيكولاس مادورو و زوجته و نقلهما الى الولايات المتحدة لاحالتهما على القضاء الأمريكي بتهم تتعلق بالارهاب و بالاتجار في المخدرات.

تسبب الحدث في ذهول كل العالم امام العالم امام الغطرسة الامريكية بما في ذلك دول حليفة للولايات المتحدة اضطرت اما لاصدار مواقف سطحية و اما الصمت تماما خجلا من شعوبها و خوفا على مركزهة الدولي. فقط الحلف المعادي للولايات المتحدة من صرح بجرأة حول بلطجة امريكا.
من بين تلك الدول هناك بعض الدول التي راجت اخبار حول تفكيرها في مقاطعة نهائيات كأس العالم 2026 الذي ستحتضنه كل من الولايات المتحدة و كندا و المكسيك. بحثت في الانترنت عن مصادر موثوقة لتأكيد او نفي الخبر و لم اجد اكثر من منشورات على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي لا تأكيدات على صحتها.

فكرت في طرح الموضوع هنا على المنتدى لنقاش ما تقوم به الولايات المتحدة و تداعيات ذلك على كل شيء بما في ذلك التظاهرات العالمية الكبرى.

كل من حاول زيارة المنتدى بعد ظهر اليوم لابد انه قد لاحظ استحالة ذلك و قد ظهرت له صفحة خلل توضح ان سيرفيرات الوسيط (غالبا غي فرنسا) قد فقدت الاتصال. هذا الوسيط هو خدمات طرف ثالث تسمى CloudFlare و هو مزود خدمات حماية ضد هجمات Ddos التخريبية، و نستعملها مواقع عديدة على شبكة الانترنت ان لم يكن اغلب المواقع. المنتدى كان قد بدأ منذ 2017 استعمال خدمات CloudFlare بعد ساسلة من هجمات Ddos ناجحة و قد نجحت هذه الشراكة بالرغم من كل المؤاخذات بشأن تفاصيل تتعلق بالخصوصية بما ان VloudFlare تستطيع رصد كل الترافيك ببيانات الابحار الخاصة بالمستخدمين.

ما حصل اليوم هو خلل في انظمة CloudFlare و قد تسبب في حالة شلل على الانترنت تصابت الجميع بنوع من الذعر خصوصا مواقع الخدمات المالية و منصات كبرى مثل منتدى bitcointalk و منصة  X (تويتر سابقا). موقع CloudFlare واصل نشر التحديثات بشأن الخلل مؤكدا العمل على تحديده و اصلاحه. و فعلا كان من الممكن احيانا الوصول الى بعض المواقع و لكن هذا لم يمنع تكرار الانقطاع مجددا. يمكن متابعة التحديثات من هنا: https://www.cloudflarestatus.com/

للأسف ليس لدينا ما نقوم به نحن كمستخدمين سوى العودة لتوصية Theymos قبل عدة سنوات بالعمل على تطوير برنامج حماية خاص بالمنتدى من الهجمات التخريبية، و قد وعد بالتبرع للمشاريع الجدية. كان هذا منذ 2019 على ما اعتقد و غالبا لم يعمل احد على هذا منذ ذلك الوقت و استمر العمل عبر CloudFlare.

The Internet is fundamentally broken. We need DDoS protection at the network layer, or else you're going to continue seeing 99% of the Internet hiding behind a few centralized third-parties. It's absolutely ridiculous. Realize also that Cloudflare can see all traffic unencrypted. They're almost certainly an NSA honeypot already, but even if not, their many screwups make them unworthy of this kind of trust. (Their Argo tunnel doesn't fix this trust issue at all, BTW.) However, since the Internet is broken fundamentally, mitigating it is too difficult for it to be a good idea for me to devote resources to it at this time.

I don't have time to work on this at all, but if someone created a non-profit dedicated to producing decentralized anti-DDoS solutions, I'd donate to it. On github I see two very immature projects in this area:
 - gatekeeper is intended for large organizations, and blocks attacks at the network/transport layer. However, I've found that SYNPROXY gateways plus upstream UDP blocking is sufficient for this on bitcointalk.org's scale, and gatekeeper also requires access to BGP, which isn't common unless you're pretty big.
 - AntiDDOS works at layer 7, which is where my homebrew DDoS protection broke down. But it doesn't have a good IP classification system, it's based on (and assumes the existence of) a single final application server, and it's too simple/incomplete overall.

(BTW, this problem is an example of centralization being used as an ever-increasing crutch for systems that are technologically flawed. It has parallels to scaling of cryptocurrencies and other supposed-to-be-decentralized systems.)

عثرت مصادفة على هذا الخبر الذي نشره موقع اخبار مصري يؤكد القبض على سيدة تعمل في تداول العملات المشفرة. الخبر قد لا يكون صادما و لكن التوصيف يصور تلك السيدة على انها زميلة بابلو اسكوبار او ارسين لوين. هذا هو نص المقال بالضبط:

ما رأيكم بكمية العبث التي وصلت اليها أممنا التي تدعي حماية الحقوق و الحريات؟ هل قامت هذه السيدة بالاعتداء على أحد او ان نشاطها يضر بالاقتصاد القومي؟ هل هناك متضرر واحد من نشاطها؟ السلطات المصرية تركت تجار المخدرات و المسلحين و خصصت جزءا من مجهودها للقبض على سيدة تجلس خلف حاسوب. حتى في الدول التي لا تقنن العملات المشفرة فانني لم اسمع يوما انه تم القاء القبض على متداول. هناك مصريون يتداولون بالبورصات العالمية و في سوق الفوركس دون ان يمروا عبر قنوات الحكومة، هل لو وجدت احدهم ستقبض عليه ايضا؟ صدقا اجد ما يحصل مهزلة حزينة للغاية.

اسرائيل تعلن بدء العدوان على قطاع غزة فجر الثامن من اكتوبر 2023 تحت ذريعة الرد على عمليات 7 اكتوبر التي قامت بها قوات من حركة حماس و تسببت بمقتل اكثر من الف اسرائيلي بين مستوطنين و سياح اجانب. اسرائيل اتخذت تلك الأحداث كذريعة لشن الحرب و حددت اهدافها من البداية انها تنوي القضاء على حماس و استعادة الرهائن.

طال أمد الحرب و لم يتحقق أي من تلك الأهداف المعلنة و هو ما يبرر دائما لماذا لا تنتهي الحرب. في الأثناء نجحت اسرائيل في تحقيق أهداف أخرى لم تكن معلنة من البداية:
- القضاء على قيادات حماس الذين على ارتباط بايران (اسماعيل هنية) و تصفية القيادات في الداخل بالشكل الذي جعل حركة حماس شبه عرجاء لا تستطيع التقدم أكثر في مواجهة كانت من البداية لامتكافئة.
- القضاء على قيادات حزب الله و اضعاف القدرات العسكرية للحزب بما جعله عاجزا عن مواصلة المواجهة ضد اسرائيل التي هي ايضا مواجهة غير متكافئة بالاضافة الى الرأي العام اللبناني الذي ضغط ليتوقف الحزب عن التحدي بعد كل الاضرار التي لحقت لبنان ككل و ليس فقط قدرات الحزب. تصفية حسن نصر الله كانت بمثابة الضربة القاضية و لا اتوقع ان يعود مجددا لمواجهة اسرائيل و في افضل الحالات سيواصل النشاط كحزب سياسي يمثل الشيعة في لبنان الطائفية.
- الدفع باتجاه اسقاط النظام السوري مما سهل على اسرائيل طرد الايرانيين من سوريا و تدمير كل قواعدهم ليتم قطع الامداد نهائيا عن ما تبقى من كل من حماس في قطاع غزة و حزب الله في لبنان.
- تشجيع امريكا على قصف الحوثيين في اليمن بحجة اعاقة الحوثيين للتجارة الدولية عبر مضيق باب المندب باستهدافهم للبواخر و الناقلات الامريكية. كان هذا اخر اذرع ايران في المنطقة ليتم تحجيمه بالكامل.

ثم الان ماذا بقي لايران؟ بعد ان تم قص اذرع ايران المتجهة كلها نحو اسرائيل فان ايران نفسها استشعرت الخطر و سارعت بقبول الجلوس على طاولة المفاوضات و ابدت استعدادا واضحا و صريحا بأنها مستعدة للتخلي عن تخصيب اليورانيوم بالكامل مقابل رفع العقوبات عنها. لكن ماذا ستجنيه امريكا من مفاوضات مع ايران الضعيفة التي لم تعد قادرة على الرد و المواجهة؟ مفاوضات تجري برعاية رومانية ثم بالأمس تبدأ اسرائيل عملية عسكرية (حرب) ضد ايران انطلقت بالأمس فتدمر عدة منشئات نووية و تقتل 9 علماء ذرة منذ الامس حسب اخر الاحصاءات و تستهدف قياديين عسكريين بطائرات مسيرة فتضرب اهداف دقيقة.

الحرب بدأت في بغتة تركت الجميع مذهولين من اختيار التوقيت و اجبرت الايرانيين على الرد متأخرا نسبيا بما ان دفاعاتها فشلت في صد الهجومات الاسرائيلية. الرد الايراني لم يكن متناسبا مع العدوان عليها في القوة و التوقيت لان اسرائيل كانت مستعدة لذلك و دعت الاسرائليين الى الصمود باعتبار انها حرب ستطول على ما يبدو.

في القسم الانجليزي نشر عضو موضوع قبل يومين من اندلاع الحرب يضعوفيه المؤشرات على ان الحرب بين اسرائيل و ايران قريبة و اتية لامحالة لتصدق قراءته خلال يوم واحد. ذلك التحليل الدقيق هو ما كنت الاحظه ايضا اي كيف بدأت الاحداث بحرب اكتوبر في غزة لنرى كيف تفقد ايران كل قدراتها و اذرعها في المنطقة بالتزامن مع تنامي الدور السعودي الذي يسعى بدوره لتحقيق مصالحة مع اسرائيل وفق رؤية امريكية صهيونية و بالتالي يحب التخلص من اي تهديد يمكن ان تمثله ايران في المستقبل و هذا التخلص لا يمكن ان يأتي بالمفاوضات.

I don't like having children. It's easy and doesn't require much philosophizing and interpretation. For this reason, most of my relationships with women have failed to develop into a formal relationship. Since the outbreak of the Syrian revolution in 2011, Western powers began imposing economic and financial sanctions on Syria in order to pressure the regime to hand over power and respond to the demands of the manifestors. منذ اندلاع الثورة السورية سنة 2011، بدأت القوى الغربية تفرض عقوبات اقتصادية و مالية على سوريا بغاية الضغط على النظام لتسليم السلطة و الاستجابة لمطالب شعب المتظاهرين. حلفاء الدول الغربية وجدوا انفسهم مضطرين لفرض عقوبات على سوريا بما فيهم دول عربية تربطها مصالح مشتركة مع سوريا.

أحد أبرز تلك العقوبات هو وضع سوريا على لائحة الدول الغير آمنة و بالتالي تم تخفيضها ترتيبها باعتبارها دولة غير امنة، و تم فرض قيود على الشركات و منصات الخدمات لتتوقف عن تقديم خدماتها للسوريين في الداخل السوري. أحد أهم تلك الشركات هي منصات التداول التي انقسمت الى عدة انواع:
- منصات انصاعت للقيود المفروضة عليها و قامت بحضر السوريين و منع التسجيل على كل المستخدمين في سوريا.
- منصات لم تعر الأمر اهتمام و ضلت تستفيد من قاعدة المستخدين التي تزداد مع استمرار الأزمة، الى حين وجدت نفسها مضطرة لايقاف خدماتها بسبب الضغوط المتزايدة عليها خصوصا الولايات المتحدة و الجهات المانحة للتراخيص.
- منصات لازالت تقدم خدماتها للسوريين لكن بامكانيات محدودة مثل المنصات اللامركزية، و بعض المنصات المركزية الصغيرة.

بحثت قليلا و لم اجد سوى موقع OKx الذي يمكن اعتباره منصة موثوقة و لها مركزها في سوق الكريبتو، التي لم تتوقف عن تقديم خدماتها للسوريين. لا أعرف ماهي خصائص هذه المنصة التي تسمح لها بعدم الانصياع لعقوبات دولية مع العلم ان OKx تقدم خدماتها في دول كثيرة محضورة دوليا مثل ايران بالاضافة لنشاطها ايضا في الولايات المتحدة، عكس اغلب المنصات العظمى التي منهم من يملك ترخيص تأسيس من الولايات المتحدة لكن ليس مسموحا لهم توفير خدمات للأمريكيين.

اليوم بعد ان تغير النظام في سوريا و اصبح النظام الجديد يحضى بقبول دولي و سوريا بدأت في استعادة مركزها العالمي كدولة كستقلة امنة (افتراضا)، و بعد ان رأينا دولا كبرى يزور قادتها دمشق و مسؤولين سوريين يعقدون اتفاقات تعاون مع دول كانت هي من فرضت العقوبات عليها، متى سنرى منصات التداول تسمح للسوريين باستخدام خدماتها دون مشكلة؟ هل من لديه معلومات عن منصات بدأت في قبول تسجيلات الحسابات الجديدة من سوريا؟

Although I am convinced of the futility of the International Court and all international bodies that claim to defend human rights, I cannot deny my support for the trials that succeeded in convicting war criminals such as Milosevic, Hassan al-Bashir, Loriega and others. The court has been working very heavy since its establishment, but it cannot be said that it is not working at all. If it is permissible today to accuse it of working according to certain political agendas just because it convicted senior Israeli officials, it should be condemned by the same logic because it did not investigate many crimes of genocide committed by major countries such as the Vietnam War, the Korean War, the Iraq War and many other wars that occurred after the establishment of the court following the Rome Statute. It is not surprising that countries that support Israel will criticize the court’s decision and may refuse to implement it in violation of the court’s laws.

However, it is truly impudent to question the entire system of the court because it is a semi-decentralized system, with 123 member states. These countries provide funding for the court and elect the judges and the prosecutor. Since the court has no police force, it relies on member states to arrest suspects. The court also has 18 judges elected for nine-year terms. I don’t know how any state or government body in any country can sanction an international body, as the United States has promised. It is not an ordinary international body, but the most important legal body in the world today. The most I can think of is for the countries that reject the court’s decisions to withdraw from the Rome Statute and they can call on their allies to do the same.

مؤخرا، لاحظت شعبية برامج الايردروبات على تطبيق تلغرام و لاحظت ايضا العدد الكبير لهذه البوتات التي يمثل كل منها مشروعا متفردا. لذلك خجر ببالي سؤال ان كانت كل تلك المشاريع تقوم بنفسها بتطوير و اطلاق تلك البوتات عبر توظيف مطورين و مختصين؟ ام انهم يشترون تلك البوتات من مكان ما و الدفع مقابل خدمات التحيين؟ بعض البوتات تبدو لي معقدة التطوير و لابد ان يقف وراءها مطورون محترفون، في نفس الوقت التي ارى ان اغلب تلك المشاريع مخططات سكام و على الارجح سيفشل معظمها و لذلك أشك ان يكون مخطط سكام فاشل قادر على الدفع مقابل بعض التطبيقات جودة عالية.

لم اجد نقاشات حول هذه التفاصيل في اي من المواقع التي بحثت انا فيها، لذلك فكرت بالسؤال هنا على المنتدى. طرحت الموضوع في قسم العملات البديلة بالانقليزية و وجدت من الجيد الاستفادة من الاراء هنا في القسم الرئيسي قبل نقله الى قسم العملات البديلة.
