This is something I really felt touched while reading and the community is with every George Floyd. “When injustice becomes law, resistance becomes duty,” said Thomas Jefferson. The intense emotions surrounding these events have caused destruction in the cities due to riots and protests that started in Minneapolis in Floyd’s home state, spreading across the country. Tensions from the pandemic are already high enough. And the actions of late are unjustifiable just as the killing was. But the point we are trying to make here is that these events, though unfortunate, should not overshadow the injustices that led to this point, and for most, the real message of the protests itself.
Which is why we are compelled to and feel that it is our duty to amplify their voices through our platform on this issue because silence is a complicity. #BlackLivesMatter

Happy to see US and Canada also joined this event to spread the awareness. We see such events very often being actually celebrated around the country but it is changing year by year now. The self-awareness rising among the netizens is a great example of adapting and spreading it in their own circles. I saw many data privacy day champions on staysafeonline.org and I was amazed to see how fast the champions are increasing every year. Before there were used to be online a few big names but now every small and giant business is trying to be a part of it and it is fine. This is how it should be. Linkedin is now arranging an event, PureVPN extensively spreading the word, Cyber Crime Awareness Foundation making the champion's list. This is great. So here, I am gonna do my part at this Data Privacy Day by dropping a data privacy guide so everyone who reads this comment can get to know how concerned they should be about data privacy and it should be taken seriously Here: Data Privacy Tips for Everyone

A MAC address is a unique identification number or code used to identify individual devices on the network. Therefore, it’s also sometimes referred to as a hardware or physical address.
These numbers are embedded into the hardware of the network device during the manufacturing process. While they usually remain constant, you can sometimes find and modify the MAC address settings through software.
MAC addresses are 12-digit hexadecimal numbers (48 bits or 6 bytes in length) and often written in MM:MM:SS:SS:SS format. They help with communication on the network, and also provide some ISPs with a secure means to authenticate devices or computers for internet access.

Just came across this guide: Effective Measures You Can Take for Webcam Protection: Use a Camera Cover The oldest tricks in the book, yet the most effective of all. Though people might be using it for ages, the practice gained traction when a picture of Mark Zuckerberg’s laptop went viral. After the incident, more and more users started covering their cams with paper or tapes. However, there are now cam covers available in stores for this exact purpose.
Use an Anti-malware Tool Now that you know how deadly malware attacks can be, it is important for you to install and use an anti-malware tool. And don’t stop at that. You should also keep the virus definitions of the tool up-to-date and do a regular scanning of your device to detect and remove any vulnerability.
Don’t Click Suspicious Links Downloading email attachments without giving it a second thought has been proved fairly risky, time and again. Phishing emails have always been an effective method for hackers to scam people, spy on them and even steal their identity. In fact, these emails can also lead to webcam hacking. The hacker only needs you to click the link, and the rest is at the mercy of the hacker. So, don’t click an

Just came across this page about NSA Spying. Damn! The surveillance is going to eat us alive. THIS PART BELOW… Building Backdoors – NSA’s Favorite Pass Time We all know about the famous FBI-Apple incident back in 2016. It was back then when Apple turned down FBI’s request to access data on an iPhone confiscated on the crime scene of San Bernardino shooters incident. Apple’s response accompanied a backlash to which Cook responded: “No one would want a master key built that would turn hundreds of millions of locks, even if that key was in the possession of the person that you trust the most…that key could be stolen”.
Obviously, that is one side of the coin. As per Snowden’s revelations, the NSA spends over 200 million dollars a year to make devices’ security vulnerable. Such mammoth amount is spent on collaborations with tech giants – creating backdoors for surveillance.
Another incident brought in the limelight was NSA-RSA collaboration where National Security Agency paid RSA USD $10 million to create a backdoor and distribute compromised encryption tools. Over the years, RSA has been claiming that their relationship with the NSA has changed, however, we strongly believe in this notion: once a thief, always a thief.
Of course, these are a few known incidents. There must be hundreds of such collaborations that we are not aware of. Alliances that are still operational, and spying on us along with the NSA, from the shadows.

I have been noticing from last 2-3 years on social media, in-person discussions and on random occasions that people have started too much praising to have a business of your own instead of a job. Like, sharing business quotes pictures in the executive style. Why is that? I mean, I am a self-made man, I started doing job when I was 16 and until now I am doing the job at a very good place & yeah I can say proudly that I am happy with my life, I am able to pull everything, achieving my personal goals slowly. Yeah, it's true that I spent too much of my time in Office but the question remains the same.
It really makes me sick that people often taunt me with "You should have built your own business until now like, Mr. Dave's son did". WTF?
Why? Is it a disrespect to work for someone?
